We had recent demo work, cleaning, water damage, and plumbing issues in our home. Juan and ServPro were OUTSTANDING every step of the way. Juan is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about any situation that arose during demo. He respectfully and clearly communicated with us each step, why it was occurring, and what would happen next in the process. Very important to us was that Juan was always aware of the cleanliness of our place, keeping it clean by always wearing the boot slippers, laying down paper along common walking paths, and always leaving our kitchen and dining room clean and organized after all work completed daily. Juan was polite and on time each day work was done and consistent about calling to schedule future work and even called to check how things were proceeding. Juan and ServPro exceeded our expectations and our needs with their work and attention to details. We would recommend ServPro and Juan to our family and friends and to anyone who is requiring any of the services they provide. Professional and affordable the whole way through. Next, Juan quickly analyzed the kind of water damage and mitigation steps that would be needed to prevent mold & smell from occurring within the damaged walls & flooring. Juan H. & team saved my home from further damage in a timely manner!
