Extremely efficient company. Woke up to a buzzing sound inside one of my light switches. Company sent someone out same day. Quick return call in emergency situations. Would highly recommend calling them for any household electrical needs.

DG Electric team was very professional, extremely polite & very thorough in explanation of what exactly needed done in my home. Estimate given was lowest of 3 separate companies I had called prior! They are my “go to” company for any future electrical issues~ I highly recommend them!

DG folks were a pleasure to work with. They were easy to contact and were fast in getting my issue resolved. The electricians were very professional and respectful. They explained everything they were doing and showed/demonstrated the defect in the component they replaced. I was kept informed during the whole process including arrival times. Replaced old fuse box with circuit breaker. Did an excellent job with minimal disruption. Also troubleshot and solved an electrical problem in my basement. Excellent job.

Highly professional, fast, and high quality work. Don and Dan are fantastic. Had our power meter box disconnected, replaced, and reconnected in under an hour. Definitely going to be a return customer.

We have used DG Electric for many different jobs for over the last 15 years or so. The most recent was to update or old Electric panel and update our old setup.

The crew was, as always, very professional. They arrived at the time they said they would and completed the job way sooner than originally discussed. I was showed the horrible unsafe work that was on our house prior to the update. I was also showed everything that was replaced and how, to use it, and how we can now add other features as needed in the future if we so desire.

The price was right and the work was great as always. I highly recommend EG Electric. You'll be very satisfied and feel safe about the work completed just like we do. Thanks again guys!!!👍🏾

Very unprofessional, shouldn’t have to pester a company to get responses. To top off the misfortune of using this company, the work they did needed redone by another company. Steer clear.

I highly recommend this company. DG Electric was professional and very honest with their work. I couldn’t believe how much money they saved me. DG Electric gave me the fairest price. These guys were prompt, very polite and professional. They went above and beyond for me. I appreciate everything that was done for me. They made sure my home was safe for us to rest easy. I was walked through all the repairs and that made me feel they truly took care of everything with love. You will see how passionate these guys are about their job and you won’t be disappointed. It was refreshing to have these guys with this type of work ethic get the job done. I will use DG Electric again in the future if I have any electrical issues. I called DG Electric on a MONDAY morning after a weekend wind storm AT 9:30 am to state my electrical issues, ie, the mast pipe had torn away from my house & the electric line was drooping. Even though there were 4 appointments ahead of me, 😳, my information was recorded, the technicians arrived at my home, EXPLAINED IN DETAIL what had to be repaired in order to return to normal service, AND gave me a WRITTEN ESTIMATE so I could compare prices with other electricians if I wanted to. I was pleasantly pleased at the estimate & hired them immediately (I had already gotten higher quotes from other electricians!) The technicians gave me a time frame in which they would return (ON THE SAME DAY!) & complete the job.Upon returning, they immediately starting work, & was completed in an hour! They cleaned up their work debris, explained exactly what they did to remedy my electrical problem, & made suggestions about future jobs. OUTSTANDING COMPANY! YES, I'll be contacting them again! ONE DAY SERVICE 🙂!

The company came out asap for my emergency. The gentleman that came out to work on my house was top tier. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain what caused my failure and steps being taken to prevent it from happening again. Very upfront with pricing and gave the max price possible from the start. He was able to re-use parts that were not and saved me some money rather than just putting new in because he was there and could have. I will be using this company in the future

Great service! I called and they came out in a couple of days to assess. They came back a couple days later to do the work, fixed my porch light and put up a new dome, installed a dawn to dusk light out back and fixed my upstairs hall light. Both were polite, patient and asked if I had any questions. Great customer service which is important to me.I don't know anything about cost for such things but I found the price to be very reasonable. I highly recommend DG Electric and will use them again.

Rob came out on a service call yesterday. He was upfront about pricing. The problem ended up being a bad light switch, and he quickly changed it out and was done. I chose this business because of all the great ratings, and I am very happy with my choice. I would 100% call again if I needed electrical repair.

We are so happy we chose Mister Sparky to service our electrical problem. Every single outlet in our finished basement was not working. I work from home and my work desk/computer is in this part of our home so it was an emergency. The customer service representative was polite and very informative. She quickly got us on the schedule. Ethan H was out the very next morning. I knew in advance what he looked like from a text I received and read his previous reviews also included (all good). Ethan was so courteous and respectful. He went over all the details of the process of finding the issue and discussed pricing. He was so knowledgeable and went right to work. He was able to find the problem and fix it. He had everything he needed with him to complete the job. After he completed the job he explained everything he did and I learned things from him that were important to know. He moved everything back and plugged everything in after doing thurough testing. Everything was back in order in an "over and above" way. Ethan is a hard worker and very particular about perfection. I am so impressed with him as a worker and person. He represents Mister Sparky well and so did the customer service representative. It was reasonably priced. We are very satisfied customers and will use them again if needed. I will highly recommend this company. These team members should be valued and rewarded as this kind of service is what makes returning customers. Well done!

Fantastic experience with Mr. Sparky. Easy to schedule, very thorough inspection, great installation - with minimal cuts to access wiring, and great cleanup. The technicians were very professional, nice and good at explaining the work. Would definitely use this company again.
