RJ was great. Did a good job giving us the information we needed. Sadly, I don't remember the name of the gentleman who installed it, but he was dead solid perfect.
My only complaint is not getting the free two extra years on the warranty, and that's on Generac, who wanted me to jump through endless hoops. They make a great product, but customer relations are lacking.

Transtar installed our generator incorrectly causing exhaust gasses to pool and enter our home. This causes our carbon dioxide detectors to alarm. We have had two different generac service companies confirm it is installed incorrectly. Letting Transtar know this did nothing they were not going to fix their bad install. Well now I have to pay a different company to install it correctly. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY PICK AN INSTALLER THAT FOLLOWS GENERAC INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS.

I don't recommend, tech went to site for an emergency. Didn't call when they got on site or tried to reach out at all with any questions. Called in the next morning to tell me they couldn't find the site, and then said they were now rejecting the call cause they wasted all that time. Then proceeded to tell me to find someone local.. The job was in the same City their located in? I checked the address and their address, the site is 12 MINUTES down the street from them.

Had to have the cell box for my alarm replaced. Brian was informative in choosing replacement, friendly and here within time window he gave. Has been tech here before and recommend him to anyone having security issues.

We had a period of five days without electricity in hottest days of summer. We decided it was time to get a Generac. We asked around and Transtar was highly recommended to us. They did a great work, we couldn’t be more pleased. Only one regret, wish we had purchased it sooner!

Mike Hardy did a great job finguring out our issue in the first 5 minutes and then hung our chandelier perfectly.
We have been happy with him and Transtar for many years.

Jake from Transtar Electrical was polite and installed a new ceiling light quickly... no added tricks for added fees. I now my husband can see what I am cooking!

We used the services to prepare for an inspection nad had no idea what they may find or need to repair. The team was honest, grounded a few plugs, brought them up to code and did not attempt to oversell me knowing that I needed their help to pass the inspection. They were kind, spoke to me in terms I could understand. That was greatly appreciated.

Transtar installed my Generac home generator 9 years ago and it has performed perfectly. Each year Transtar performs an annual preventive maintenance on it. I have been very pleased with not only the generator, but the excellent service Transtar technicians have provided.

I was having a problem with setting my alarm when I was away. I spoke on the phone with Brian who walked me through a workaround. Then he came out to find out what the problem was. He found it very quickly and replaced the battery in my sensor. He was very kind and helpful.

Well not to be biased but Brint Electric is the best contractor in local 8 if not the world!

Driver of chevy pickup with utility bed cuts other drivers off in the middle of intersections with no turn signal. Also brake checks drivers.
