I didn't visit but they are fast and efficient. Came out the same day I called for help. I did everything I could think to re-instate power when it was lost on certain circuits. After doing every test, replacing outlets, and breakers that I could think of it still didn't make sense as to why I lost circuits in my house. They figured it out and also helped with an improperly wired light in a closet. I will definitely use them again if I have issues I cannot resolve. The solution to the issue made me slap my forehead and feel very silly.

I do not recommend this inconsiderate electrician company. They didn't care about their customer (me) & left me without electricity thru-out my house & they wouldn't take any form of communication from me. I had a fire from lighting in my house, happened in March 2023 & it's now Nov 2023 I still don't have electricity thru-out the whole house or heating. "They could of told me" they were not coming back & why. I pd over 3000$ still didn't get complete electricity service from them, don't recommend taking a chance if they will finish their job of electricity thru-out the house.

They went the extra effort! Found who ever wired the room put a 30 Amp breaker and should have been a 15 causing the breaker not to flip. They fixed all of the outlets that was burnt. Even clipped and re-wired the ones that wasn't to make sure there wouldn't be any problems! I am thrilled! I highly recommend this company!

Poor customer service on a Generac generator .. came to tune up & now it won’t turn on at all

I had a fantastic experience with South Cove Electric! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. My technician, Rick, was excellent, professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He was always on time and definitely takes pride in what he does!

It’s also clear that quality starts at the top; the owner, Fred, was outstanding to work with and ensured everything ran smoothly. It is rare to find a company that combines such great technical work with stellar customer service. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs!

Rick from South Cove Electric was terrific. He installed a 50 amp power inlet box for our new generator. He provided excellent service and explained everything along the way. There were no surprises. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Fabulous company. Rick was excellent. He was very clean and neat. He replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and when he was done, we couldn’t even tell he was here. South Cove Electric are definitely my new electricians.
