Don’t be fooled because it says they’ve been in business for 20+ years because you’ll end up waiting for someone on call who never ends up calling you to fix your AC.

My AC stopped working and I called this company at 1:11 AM. They took all my information and told me they had someone on call and I should be receiving a call shortly. I stayed up all night for a call that never came. Randomly, at 7:51 AM I got a call asking if I still needed service. I was told the reason I never got a call was because they were so busy. You would think a company that has been in business for “20 years” will call you and let you know this instead of keeping you up waiting all night.

If I had known this, I would have reached out to someone else. Because once again my AC stopped working and it was 84 degrees inside my Home. The person then asked me
If I would like to make an appointment. How do we go from me having an AC emergency needing service immediately to would you like to make an appointment? I then asked to speak to a manager to file a complaint and what do you know one wasn’t available.

IF you have an AC emergency I recommend you use a more reputable company.

I had an issue at my house, with my pool pump timer, and I called Strada. The Tech was great, and explained the issue and gave me a couple of options and allow me to make the decision best for me and my family's needs, without any pressure. Once decided, he installed it quickly, and was very meticulous when he cleaned up and ensured that I had no other questions, before he left. This is how a service call should be.

had them out to look at some flickering lights and a breaker that kept tripping. the electrician was super chill and explained what was going on without trying to overcomplicate things. price was fair and the service was quick

Do not use this company!! I have now been without air conditioning for 5 days and when they tell you that will be at hour house next, they don’t show up, and they don’t communicate that they aren’t going to show up. Horrible communication and horrible customer service. This company should not be in business.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to get in touch with a single live person in over 24-hours to schedule service. My house is currently without partial power and WiFi. I have called different phone numbers, emailed, etc. This company was assigned to my new build community and I am extremely disappointed in this service. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes during my 6th attempt calling to try and get in touch with someone.

Terrible customer service. Couldn’t even get anyone to come out for a quote. We booked online for Sunday morning, no one ever called or showed up. Spent over 30 mins on hold. When we finally got someone, the clueless customer service reps said the call hadn’t even been routed to a technician. Then they tried to also charge us more for the service call because it’s the weekend vs what the website said. Couldn’t even keep the price the same or waive it for the inconvenience of making us wait 3 hours and still no one showing up. Will never attempt to use this unprofessional company again.

We have been using to company for many years. Everyone is so responsive and friendly. Justin is the owner and always looking out for the best interest of his customers. Jonathan is hands down the best technician we have ever come across over the years. Jonathan definitely knows his trade. We always request his by name. Keep doing great things JOSKO👏

I am a Community Manager and my Monday started off with Duke Energy at my property turning off power for 2 of my buildings. I called Josko they came out and did the repair needed. Well to my surprise when I called Duke Energy to have the power restored, I was told I had to have a city inspector pass the work. I called and spoke to Karen and Micki and not only did they resolve the issue they did all the leg work. I recommend them to anyone having any type if issues on your property. They get the job done and get it done right!

Great customer service! I had the pleasure of having Juan Rodriguez fix the issues I had in my apartment that the maintenance team could not at my complex and not only did this gentleman repair the issue but did it very quickly. Happy customer indeed!

I can't say enough good things about Josko! We had been having electical light issues for about 2 weeks unable to figure it out. Scheduling was extremely quick and easy and they got me the first available appointment!
When Kalifa came to the house, she immediately went to work and found the issue. Explained the issue, fixed the problem, and had everything set within just a few minutes if her being here!
Everyone we spoke to and worked with were so kind and enjoyable to work with. We will 100% call Josko and request Kalifa if we have any electrical issues in the future.

We had leaking roof issues & Josko's quick responsiveness & efficiency got them job done within 2 days. Leandro was very friendly, professional, and went above & beyond to ensure that all issues were taking care of in an expedient manner. HIGHLY recommend this amazing business. We had quite a fiasco this morning, waking up to water in our garage due to an AC handler issue. Not only were they here within a couple hours, but the technician (Alex) was amazing. They identified the problem, set up a temporary solution and future plan to fix/replace the problem. I had a great experience today with the service Mr. Sebastian provided me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and organized. He fixed the problem efficiently and left everything very clean. I highly recommend the company and Mr.Sebastian.

Jesus did a fantastic job repairing my shower and tub faucet when I had been told it was too old and difficult to replace. He worked quickly and fully cleaned the area after finishing the job. Very friendly and polite!

Is not about the services, but i have a bad experience today. I would like to report a very unpleasant and distressing situation that I had to experience when in the early hours of the morning of Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at exactly 6:30 am, when I was driving on S Old Lake Wilson Rd in a south-north direction, a truck from that company was coming behind my vehicle, the driver recklessly drove his vehicle too close to mine, making me change his lights successively and without keeping the corresponding distance, making me feel vulnerable and fearful, since this could have caused a large-scale traffic accident due to the proximity of that vehicle to mine. I confess that I felt very distressed and afraid, thank God, the vehicle crossed to the left at the traffic light on Sinclair Rd and I was able to continue on my way, however I want to report this recklessness since people like these can ruin a life or cause an accident with regrettable consequences.

Always timely service with Josko! Our technician Lino came out for a follow up to make sure our inline water heater was up and running after a replacement service done last week. He checked temps at each of our water outlet sources and confirmed that we were good to go!

Lino and Eli did an amazing job at communication and figuring out where our leak was. They were both professional and took their time to explain everything to us, and Lino made sure to follow up with us to ensure that our regulator was fixed. We couldn’t be happier with their service and are happy that our warranty company hires them!
