My air condition unit wouldn’t cool down properly anymore. My apartment contracted Jasko Services to replace my unit and I am indeed satisfied! The air is clean and blows so cold. This was long overdue and so happy that Darrell was able to get it taken care of.

AC was replaced quickly and efficiently in just over 24 hours from scheduling. The team was very friendly and communicated needed information throughout the install process. They left the workspace very clean after completing the work. Alex was great!

Henry did an amazing job!
I have had four other electricians come out to my house none of them could figure out the problem they all told me there was nothing wrong! Henry was very thorough and did not give up! He found out exactly what was going on! He was also very kind! I can now use my dryer again and I am so happy! I highly recommend Henry for any electrical job because he definitely knows what he’s doing! Thank you Henry!!!

I am writing this review to express my deep frustration with the service I’ve received regarding an ongoing issue with an apartment. More than seven days have passed since my unit was closed due to a faulty installation of the water heater upstairs. Unfortunately, the communication and handling of this situation have been nothing short of disappointing.

First, we were not informed in a timely manner about the inspection results or the existence of a red tag on the unit. This critical information was only made known to us five days after the issue had already escalated, leaving us in a difficult and completely avoidable situation. The lack of transparency and communication during this process has been unacceptable.

Moreover, the delay in resolving the problem has been extremely inconvenient. My unit has been closed for over a week now, and we are still waiting for proper resolution. The time it is taking to correct this issue is causing unnecessary stress and disruption to my life.

As a customer, I expect clear communication, timely updates, and swift action, especially when an issue as serious as a malfunctioning water heater installation is involved. Unfortunately, the lack of these basic expectations has left me questioning the quality of your service and care for your clients.

I sincerely hope this review brings attention to the need for better communication, faster resolution of problems, and overall improvement in the way issues are handled. I would greatly appreciate it if management could take immediate action to resolve this and ensure that no other customers go through the same experience.

My AC went down in my townhouse. Called JOSKO and they came out the same day.
They quickly found the issue and implemented a plan. They ran all the way to Sanford to get the replacement part and had us back up and running the same day.
Great service and a fair price!!

Absolutely amazing service. Great team came out to install my new AC system. They made sure everything was up to code since my home is very old. The quote was very good compared to other companies and it was absolutely everything included. No hidden fees. 10 stars if I could put them all!

I've been with no air conditioner for 5 days the company has sent three different technicians and none of them were able to fix my A/C the company has canceled appointments without reaching out to me very young professional I do not recommend at all
