We've used Drain Masters II for several issues. Twice we have had to call in response to issues with our sewage pump in the garage. Both times, they came out promptly to address the issue, one time repairing the pump, another time replacing it. I have been so happy to find a service that comes out immediately and takes care of some of the most troubling issues that have occured at our home. I would definitely recommend calling Drain Masters II.

Woke up today w/ our toilets, tub, washing machine not draining. Thank you Wayne for coming over on short notice, on a Saturday, to fix our draining issue. He was straight to the point & got it done.

Great plumbing company, arrived on time, the plumber was polite and honest. Repair the problem on 15 min and change a fair price.

Received a call from the homeowner when one of their service technicians went #2 in the toilet knowing the water was not connected to the house and left without cleaning it up.

I Wouldnt recommend them to anyone unless you like a bunch of stoners and lazy ppl to do your plumbing! just ridiculous!! I'm sorry I dont wanna risk someone having leaky water bcuz that stoner who happens to be a plumber was to busy hitting the bowl then doing his job!!

I guess it’s ok for their employees to use the company vehicles as if they’re trying out for NASCAR. The erratic driving, weaving in and out of traffic and fast starts at 9pm at night is uncalled for. You should really GPS your vehicles before someone causes a serious accident... unless that McDonalds run your driver did was that important! If their plumbing is anything like their driving, they’ll run you off the road and have no clue how to do it.

If you see their trucks on the road, stay clear. Tailgating at 90mph in pouring rain and nearly killed us viciously cutting over at the same speed. I guess they can drive like an idiot if they aren’t in their own car.

Would rather have my house flood than call these guys.

I had issues with my tub in a brand new home. Builder asked them to come and fix it. Builder said 3 hours should be enough. A lady called from the plumber office to schedule a time. Ronica said there man will come around 11to 11 30 on Tuesday to fix the tub. Monday I received a phone call saying that job may take longer and hey will come at 9 to fix it. I texted them back and said it’s ok. Mark (owner) replies by saying great ( that means he acknowledged). NOw whole Tuesday goes and no one shows up. So I called my builder on Tuesday afternoon to ask what happened. Late night around 10 I receive a text by asking what time to reschedule ( no aplogy).
Wednesday when I called this office and asked that lady she put it on my head by saying that why I did not call office back if their guys did not show up. So here it tells me that hey have no control over the situation and have no clue where their guys are. And the lady in the office thinks that it is customers duty to make sure that their business runs on time. They are very careless like small kids feel bad when some one points to there mistake. I m yet to see their quality in there work so will update later. But if they are not going to show up then they don’t have manners to call and inform customers that they are not coming. They let their customers wait for the whole day without any communication.
