I had a great experience and my new home with John. I had an issue with my toilet he went at it for hours to try and get it but the blockage was in a tough spot. He had to call Rudy to come help. Rudy came and gave it a shot but they decided to replace the whole toilet. At the end everything worked out well. Both John and Rudy had great personalities and are genuinely nice guys. I will definitely contact them again for my plumbing services

John installed my whole home water filter and softener and did a fantastic job setting it up and routing all the pipes. Really appreciate the attention to detail and working to install it just how I wanted it. Will look to use Spegal in the future should the need arise.

We needed a rush repair due to a bad leak in our garage. After turning off the water and calling Spegal, John was out in about an hour. He was pleasant, helpful, and fast. We were very happy with the service that we received.

Special Plumbing installed both new water heaters at my house recently (one replaced in 2022 and one today). Both experiences were great - easy to reach someone for a quote, each quote was better than I was able to get from other companies in the area, and they offer top-grade equipment. My tech today was Dylan C., who was prompt, communicated well about when he would arrive, worked efficiently and with respect to my home/flooring, and was very courteous. I had a clogged toilet that turned into a more severe issue, I contacted Spegal Plumbing and they had someone out to my house the following day. Dylan showed up and was the ultimate professional, he took the time to find the root cause of the issue and kept me updated every step of the way, The issue I had required the use of a camera, Dylan contacted his manager, Rudy who promptly came to my house to use the camera and find the root cause of the stoppage in my plumbing. Rudy also provided me with a copy of the video he took of the plumbing pipes and provided recommendations on a service that would clean out the pipes to make them look like new. Overall, Dylan and Rudy provided great service and made sure they addressed the root cause of the issue. I would highly recommend Spegal for your plumbing needs. Thanks again to Dylan and Rudy!

Top notch!!!! Amazing company, customer service, fast, and reliable! After having my tank pumped earlier in the day (a different company), when returning home my pipes were still clogged. Now at 730pm I was annoyed and anxious to get the problem solved. I was able to get in touch with this amazing company and they sent someone right over! Dylan was amazing! We accidentally drilled into a pipe and he arrived in less than an hour, even on a holiday. He quickly identified the issue, fixed the damaged pipe efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Very professional, responsive, and reliable. This is the first time I used Spegal Plumbing to have plumbing work done.
We were extremely happy with the experience. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technician Josh arrived on time to change the existing shower head to a hand held one. He was professional, courteous and we will use Spegal again and definitely ask for Josh.

Seems like a great company but I had a technician come out to my house that clearly didnt know what he was doing. I had an issue with my water filter/softener and specifically asked him if the hosing on my system was routed correctly, he said yup, looked in my brine tank, saw it was full of water and his solution was to add salt. Shortly after I added the salt, the tank overflowed uncontrollably. I tried to mitigate myself and hoped it would improve. It didnt. I had another company that was doing another job at my house check out the system to see if they could offer guidance, thats it. He said the hosing was routed incorrectly and that I should never have that much water in my tank. He replaced the hosing and insulated it, he also emptied the tank and there was new salt put in. Maybe I should've called Spegal back to the house but honestly I trusted what the tech said and thought there might have been another problem, and I really wasn't interested in paying another 200 dollars. I just tried my luck and asked a question to the other company that came out and after finding out his conclusion, I felt weird about the whole situation because I trusted Spegal's tech and his findings. I paid 200 bucks for nothing basically. I called to let them know and they said they completed the job so there's nothing that can be done. Maybe techs need more training because i'm not sure why he would okay a system that clearly had several things wrong with it. He didn't empty the tank, run a regen cycle, nothing. I just feel duped.

I have a home that is just about two months old and one of the brass fittings cracked on my hot water heater system and flooded my garage. Spegal sent Andres out as he was the on call person for emergencies. He fixed it and explained everything thoroughly. I have very sensitive skin and the water heater is set to 114 instead of the typical 120 and he wanted to make sure that setting was accurate for the home. He was pleasant and professional and as there isn’t any water spraying anywhere, I trust he repaired it, of which I am very grateful.

Andres was very professional and helped me. It turns out that I didn’t need anything fixed, the problem worked itself out overnight. He called the office and they waived the fee. I used same company at my last house too and had the same level of service. I won’t go anywhere else.
