Travis arrived on time, he was very professional, and well mannered. He asked to show him the Area of repair and asked for the donor carpet was located. Travis took his time with the repair as it was 3 different spots. He stated the carpet could be vacuumed today however he suggested to wait a day or two. Great carpet technician.

It’s a family owned company and they are super nice, Jayden showed up on time And did a spectacular job. He took the time to find all the spots that needed extra love. We have two small dogs and one of them is finally housebroken, but we needed to go back and get the carpets more fresh And over the last few years, we’ve tried different types of carpet cleanings. You name it we tried it. This is the best we’ve seen. And it came down to effort. Plus, everything is included in the price. We could not have had a better experience at the best price we’ve paid in 15 years. I’m a customer for life.

After seeing the great job Jayden, from C&C Carpet Cleaning handled at my daughter’s townhome, I was looking forward to getting on the schedule for my own home. It was so nice to see Jayden again, who contacted me about 40 mins ahead to say when he’d be here. He cleaned 2 very large area rugs & 2 8’ sofas for us. We called C&C based on proximity and great reviews. They were able to fit us in within one day. Ethan did a wonderful job cleaning two couches, a chair and even a small rug. He communicated with us via text as soon as the appointment was made and throughout the day of to keep us updated on when he would arrive. Highly recommend and will absolutely be our go-to for any future needs!

Jayden provided world class service. He seemed to know his craft and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. He was very friendly and most of all professional. 2nd time using C&C for my upholstery cleaning needs and will use again! I had my sectional sofa and a nursery chair cleaned. Both items have kids all over them and they were filthy! Couldn’t be happier with the final results.
