Chris was very understanding of my difficult situation and spent the entire day trying to correct it so we could finally have water in our home. Him and Manuel are dedicated to quality service and he made sure to do the job RIGHT. We are so grateful to their service. I would recommend them to everyone.

I'll admit they responded quickly to our request for service. That's the end of the good part. As it happened, we had our septic tank pumped out before they arrived but they charged $150 for just showing up. I don't mind paying a service call but really, couldn't you cut a little slack when you arrive and do absolutely nothing? In fact the service tech had to call because he didn't know how much to charge for doing nothing. And the owner on the phone was terribly rude in asking for the amount he wanted. The rudeness was as bad as the extortion. I would not recommend this business.

My cost was and is $100.00 because his company works with a home warranty company. The home warranty company should be very happy with his company because of his experience and professionalism. My kitchen sink in my apartment was all gonk up and weird looking. When I requested for plumbing to check on it. They responded quick and really accommodating. They also did a good after care of my sink. I had a very good experience, with them. Highly recommended. My sink now looks pretty! Gonna post the before and After pic so you’ll see the difference.

Posting for/with a friend: Accidently flushed a clorox wand tip and with holiday weekend they were quick to get us worked in schedule within our time availability. They have a text notification system with photo and name of service person and called to confirm within 20 minutes of arrival and get specifics of issue again. Excellent communication and affordable plumbing company.

Technician named CJ was very professional and on time. Cleaned everything up after installation and showed me how to operate equipment once completed. Would use and recommend him for any plumbing issues.
