The plumber was professional and friendly. He's explained what needed to be done and made the necessary repairs. He even cleaned up behind himself. Did a great job.

Our water heater was corroded and leaking all over the garage floor. Jay from Flow Master came out and replaced it. He did an excellent job, very professional and got the job done quickly. He also kept the area clean, like nothing happened despite all the rust sludge that came out of the old heater. I recommend Jay and Flow Masters for all your plumbing needs.

Didn't add in the initial review that we live in a rental so we don't see the cost. I will say Jessie is great at his job and we plan on using him once we buy our own place.

The gentleman that came to fix my leaking waterline was very professional and finally was able to do the job right after multiple attempts from others! He got the job done and correctly and for that I am so grateful!!

The service was timely; however, the final cleanout had to be rescheduled.
Now, it turns out the cleanout service is not even covered. Choice Home Warranty is a rip off and gives terrible service. Today I am canceling this waste of money.

Shane from Flowmaster is efficient, clean, and conveys a nice tone. It was easy to sit back, relax, and let him fix the problem. When in contact with his team, they seemed very knowledgeable, and responsive. Leaks were fixed, disposals were replaced. I would definitely use this service again.

Have First American Home Warranty cost was 100 for service. Still not fixed. Coming back after approval to get under home to cut pipe and clean out. Left nasty smell under sink when grease backed up in cabinet. Smell still there. They tried to clean but it’s still a film of grease although lite it’s noticeable and cloth comes up with a lite coat of grease.

John was incredibly professional and made sure we had all the information needed at every step. He kept with the repair until it was done.
