Worst service imaginable. Paid for weekly service for a dirty pool for months. Dont waste your time with this company.

The amount of sarcasm when i first called this guy actually told me that he probably shouldnt have worked on my pool all i asked what for someone to come give me a estimate to get my pool water the right color, very unprofessional phone call i called this company cause the amount of good reviews i have seen on here but the reviews fooled me he still hasnt shown up to my residence to take a look at my problem I know hes busy and has other customers to service but please communicate that so at least I can make other arrangements i wont be calling this company again......

Charles is extremely professional, and will go out of his way to make time for you. I would recommend them for regular maintenance and emergencies.

Have been using this service without a problem for over 4 years. This year, they have stopped the service, without any explanation? We have been unable to receive a response from our many tries to get in touch with this company. It's a shame, as they had taken good care of our pool for the previous years?

I would give them a zero if it was possible. I hired this company to maintain my very small kidney shaped pool. It was always green and cloudy. The owner blamed my de filtration saying it was outdated " lie " I told them to clean the filter, he said he did, I pulled the filter myself and it was caked with green algea and totally clogged. I CLEANED IT and low and behold within a couple of hours my pool is crystal clear, my filter is at 25 lbs where it should be, the basket now has water in it. Lazy, incompetent, those 2 words come to mind. Find a better conpany. Dont buy their b.s.

They have been taking care of my pool for over 2 1/2 years and always do an amazing job. The owner is wonderful and takes great pride in doing what he does. I highly recommend!!!

I have become tired of having to call to get my pool serviced when I am paying for weekly cleanings! My pool is dirty and green - has been for weeks. When I call someone does come out (they leave a little checklist), but I don’t know what they are doing because it is not working.

I reached out to Splash Splash Pool Service for a quote regarding weekly pool cleaning, the person who answered the phone appeared to have difficulty collecting my information, and their demeanor came across as rude and unpleasant. This unsatisfactory customer service experience ultimately led me to decide against utilizing their services.

I'll tell ya, these guys are just about as solid as you can get. They always do a wonderful job with our pool, despite the neglect that we probably put it through. I've dealt with several companies in the past and Splash Splash has always taken good care of us. I highly recommend their service. Great people!

Can’t say I have had much experience with this company because when I called them to get a quote after being on the phone with them for 5 minutes, the man I talked too said he would call me right back. I understand that this could very well be a busy time for pool companies, but if you tell a potential client you will call them back, good customer service is calling them back. Won’t be using them for any of my pool services. Apparently they don’t need my service anyway.

Best pool service company in the Tampa Bay area. Why not 5 stars? sorry I am never a 5 star guy! Just a hang up of mine. We do appreciate the great job your guys do though and will recommend you all day.

Charles is a great guy. I hired one of his workers on the side to do some landscaping and he stole my money $200 and did not do the job at all after numerous phone calls and excuses. I really trusted him also which made it so bad. I will never ever do this again. He told me he as not going to give me my money back other. Just a warning to everyone. Be careful of the workers. I have seek other options in getting my Money back
