Charles was very knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. We had a leaking pump and needed a new one, and he did an excellent job installing the new pump! I give this company 5 stars and would recommend them to everyone!

Very impressed by the professionalism & going above and beyond by doing extra! Called that week and 2 days later they're here steam cleaning my carpets for the holidays. Very reasonable for prices, you won't get a deal like Lanior. Nikson kept in contact the day before even when he was in route to my residence. I'm telling you peoples, get with Lanior. I hired Lanior Carpet Cleaning service to clean the carpet in my mom's condo. My mom is 93 and had not had the carpet cleaned in years. It was once a pastel pink but had mostly turned grayish pink with major spot issues.! Lanior is a miracle worker! The carpets are indeed pale pink again. I would recommend them to everyone who is in need of their cleaning services. You won't be disappointed!

Nixon and his son were extremely nice and very professional. They arrived on time and did better than what I'd hoped for. My carpet was destroyed by two rescue dogs and by the time the guys were finished with the job my carpets looked brand new! I would highly recommend them to anyone who (believes to) has set in nasty stains. They will def come out with the Lanior Carpet crew!

I called Lanior based on the reviews I have read. I was not disappointed. The words I kept reading were professional. prompt, good communication and excellent results. I could not have asked for more. He was all these things and more. He cleaned my carpets and now they look brand new. The grout in my kitchen never looked so good. The price was fantastic, will be calling again for sure. I could not be more pleased!!

Had them do a carpet cleaning for my move-out, and they did a fantastic job on everything. Five rooms only took an hour, and the carpet looks spotless in each one. Will definitely be recommending to my landlord if they ever need a cleaning service in the future.

Ahhhhhmmmaazzziiinnnggg! Seriously, I had an amazing experience with this company. After reviewing the reviews for Lanior, I selected them for my move out carpet cleaning. They were easy to schedule an appointment with, on time, and did a great job. They were able to complete the entire 7 room cleaning in just about an hour and they even moved some things around to get to some covered areas. I will definitely be choosing them again in the future.

They just left my house and my carpets look AMAZING!!! I called yesterday and was in a panic because I'm having surprise visitors this weekend and they were able to come out the very next day at 9am. They were very friendly, the equipment was top notch and the price was great!!! Would definitely recommend there services.

This place is the best! I had given up on my carpets. We had another company clean them when we first moved into our house 3 years ago. After they finished there were still dark stains all over the carpets. We were told nobody could get them out, so we just lived with stained carpets. We have a new baby on the way and I wanted to get all the carpets cleaned before the big day. I decided to go with Lanior because I saw another review saying this company got stains out that had been left by another company. Lanior just came today and they were able to get ALL the stains out. Our carpets looked awful and now they look brand new. Give them a try before you even think about replacing your carpets! They are reasonably priced and do a great job!

We had upholstery, area rugs and grout cleaned. The outcome on two of those three was very good however, when all was done we saw the process of the grout cleaning actually removed color from our tile throughout. After researching and speaking with the owner it was determined nothing could be done to restore this. The owner said that had never happened before and that he thought it was due to the age of the tile. He basically stated there was nothing he could do. He did not offer any type of monetary compensation, which I thought was the least they could do. I would not recommend the grout cleaning for that reason.

Chose this particular company because of their excellent Google reviews and I couldn't agree more with what was posted. Communication was superb every step of the way, the pricing was good for the work accomplished (cleaner carpets are always a sigh of relief!), the team was prompt with their completion, and they were super courteous, professional and polite.
