Last night we had a torrential downpour here in Cape Coral and all of a sudden we heard...drip...drip...drip....first roof leak in 14 years of living in Cape Coral...so this morning we called Roman Roofing and Mike W. showed up promptly(he called and was a little early!)..he was eager to share his knowledge and dig in to help us solve our problem...he flew his drone and found the problem and thoroughly explained what the fix would be...he wrote up an estimate and continued with his customer first attitude...we signed the contract and he quickly went up on the roof to apply a temporary fix until the crew can come out next week and complete the repair. We could not be happier with the service we have received so far from Roman Roofing and especially from Mike W. Thank you!! More to come after the job is complete!

I had ROMAN ROOFING of Lee County, Fl. re roof my home. They did an outstanding job. I received a professional typed estimate from an experienced salesperson who came an inspected and measured everything. Explained all the options and upgrades available.
They kept me informed when supplies were to be delivered and when work is completed. They even took time to clean up the yard after they were done. Its quality work and materials at a fair price. I recommend

Just finished my roof with Roman Roofing. So I started my project by getting 4 quotes and RR came in the lowest but my first sales rep was unresponsive. I almost did not use them but due to my budget I decided to call the company and give a formal complaint. They were quit to switch me to a different rep and handle all my questions. I began working with Michael for the rest of my project and I have absolutely no complaints. He answered any and all my questions no matter what day or time I texted/call (sometimes really late so I wouldn’t forget, oops) but he was wonderful. Would highly recommend Michael for all home owners… he’s responsive, professional, kind, and on top of it. Did not sugar coat things was always honest and that’s exactly what I was looking for. Curtis Sayers from Roman Roofing was on time to inspect our roof. It turned out that the roof was fine and he even took an unused old cable line off of the roof. There was no charge. If we do have an issue or question, we will call Roman Roofing first. Curtis gives excellent advice and you can tell that he knows a lot about roofs, especially in our area where he grew up.

Roman Roofing just finished my roof a week ago and it looks great. Mark Simpson was very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. We are from out of state and he was very effective at communicating with us through emails, text and phone and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Their crew was knowledgeable, fast, professional and did an awesome job cleaning up after each part of the job completed. I would highly recommend Roman Roofing!

Romam Roofing not recommend

Roof leaking . Had roof installed june 2023 prior to hurricane ian. No damage from ian. No phone calls from Roman roofing after the storm to see if any damage or to offer inspection. however I know they were extremely busy with tending to cape coral and ft myers . where I live finally got rain in May 2023 noticed a bubble in paint from a leak.
July 19th big rain storm bubble turned into a leak into my bedroom.
Dripping on my bed and furniture.
I Emailed the salesman Marcus to let him know he instantly put me on a schedule to inspect then canceled the inspection for family issues.
Marcus came out inspected roof claimed impact damage is causing the leak. Cost $1,000 plus plywood repair. My roof is one year old. I should not have plywood repair.

I have 30 plus years in residential construction roofing being apart of those years.
I have 15 years as crime scene investigator .
I looked at roof myself from what I found the shingle was ripped no signs of impact damage anywhere .

Attempted another meeting he said he couldn't make it on date time I requested he said he would get another rep to handle that meeting for him.
Same day as the second meeting that rep called me stating if he comes out after 5pm it would be an additional charge. I scheduled appointment based off his time and date.
I took off early just to find out they called my fiance to cancel today appointment.
Then she gets a call from someone said that they would deduct $500 off the original bill to fix the problem.
However they don't understand money wasn't the issue its matter of not tearing up my roof to replace something that isn't the cause of the leak. Simply knowing this is where the leak is at this is what we are going to repair..

Save yourself the headache do not use Roman Roofing.
If you want to have a damaged ceiling,
Stained curtains from water leak, and have a bucket to catch the water no urgency To Adress these issues lack of communication go ahead and use Roman Roofing

Frank the estimator was very helpful in working with me through the process of replacing my roof. I was in an insurance debacle and needed to get my roof on ASAP with high-quality materials and workmanship so that I could get homeowners insurance to replace the company that dropped me because my roof was 15 years old.
I was out of state at the time but the whole crew in the office helped me get everything done remotely.
The employees at Roman did a nice job keeping me appraised of the next steps in the roof installation. The foreman kept us up-to-date on the inspections and Greg in the office was nice enough to call after the project was done to make sure we were happy with their work.
The work was done well and I believe you will be getting my neighbors roof job when he needs a new roof in the near future.

After getting several quotes we decided to have Roman Roofing replace our roof. Some of my customers and contractor friends had work done by Roman and they were very happy, the fact that their office is in the Cape was great too. Frank took care of us from the beginning. We are very happy with our decision and our new roof. The company was very thorough and easy to deal with. A couple of minor issues came up during the build and they took care of them right away. I had to have my 21 year old roof replaced and chose Roman Roofing. I am in awe of how professional their work is. They took great care when tearing off the old roof and protected the perimeter around the house with thick plastic sheeting and had cleaned up the area within the same day. I was highly satisfied with the supervisor, Tony Garcia. He made everything run so smoothly. The gentleman who gave me the estimate, Dave Tucker did an incredible job of going over the process, set up a portal on the Roman Roof's website so I could see the stages of their work. I was so impressed with Dave. He was in constant contact with me through phone calls, texts, and answered any questions right away. He not only gave me a good price, but I was able to get two new gutters in the front which were wider and would help with rain flow. I had 4 other estimates from different roofers, and Dave was able to give me the best estimate with the two new gutters included. The other roofing company I was considering, gave me an estimate that was $1000 more, and did not include any gutters. I love this company. Dave is so professional and easy to work with. I just recommended him to my son who needs a solar attic fan on his roof. Choosing Roman Roof was the best decision I could possibly have made. I am thrilled with their work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done. They are A+ in my book. I also recommended Roman Roof to my son and they put a brand new roof on his home, to my teacher friend who had hers redone, and my neighbor this week who had a $4000.00 increase in her homeowners insurance because her roof is over 20 years old. It will help decrease her home insurance and increase the value of her home. I would never use any other roofing company. I really enjoyed working Dave Tucker, the Senior Roofing Estimator, Dave Tucker. He is awesome. A great company to work with if you need any roof repair!

We had a great experience with the company! From all three roofing companies we’ve contacted, Mark Simpson was the only one sitting down with us and actually explaining our options.

Installation was fast, and workers cleaned up the debris pretty good. Requested extra work was performed and done as desired. Even after sales, Mark was always available for question.

I know and respect that the lumber prices are crazy right now, but price for installation of fascia felt very expensive in perspective of the roof price. But to be fair, those prices are the same at other roofing companies.

I can recommend Roman Roofing a 100%
We chose a GAF Shingle Roof and pricing was competitive to other roofers…

Would use Roman Roofing again!

I just wanted to express what a wonderful experience we had with Roman Roofing of Cape Coral! From our initial experience with Frank Zambrato, to the actual tear off and installation, it was seamless without a single problem. We chose a black 24 gage metal roof, and it is stunning! A big shout out to the crew that installed!!! They worked so hard, with very little breaks, and their attention to detail was awesome!

Roman Roofing replaced the original roof in this house that was 40 years old and had been through numerous hurricanes.. The worst damage was on the other side . We needed to replace a lot of decking as well , we went with a premium shingle. We also had them install a roof venting fan. Throughout Clayton and his team were very professional with their communication and their work timelines of material deliveries , tear up, dry in and installation of the new roof. Very much hassle free . I thought we paid a very reasonable price considering so much of the roof deck had to be replaced. I would recommend them for any roof repair or installation that you would need! Before and after shot..
