I cannot recommend Stanley Steemer enough! After renting out my house for two years, I needed a thorough deep cleaning of my floors. Otis and Don from Stanley Steemer came in and worked their magic—the results were incredible. They steam-cleaned my floors so thoroughly that they now look brand new again.

The dynamic duo were professional, efficient, and meticulous, leaving everything spotless. Their attention to detail and level of care really stood out. I’m beyond impressed with their service and will absolutely be using them again in the future. If you’re looking for top-notch cleaning services, Stanley Steemer is the way to go!

On October 26, 2024, I contracted Stanley Steemer to clean the floor tiles of my house in part because the company had been in business for many years.
When the technicians reported to my home and started the job, the lead technician almost immediately asked me if I wanted to contract for additional services to include a sealer for the tiles, and painting of the grout. I explained to him that I wanted to see the finished work prior to contracting for additional services at additional fees.
The work completed was totally unacceptable. The grout looked almost the same as to how it looked before the cleaning.
When I initially contacted Stanley Steemer, the representative told me that the technicians would also clean the baseboards. This turned out to be inaccurate. The technicians informed me that the baseboards would warp if they attempted to clean them.
I made a complaint to Stanley Steemer and on 10/30/2024, I was contacted by Supervisor Hakeem Lavan. He stated that the Stanley Steemer policy was to have a separate crew conduct another service. I’m not sure why a different crew would need to complete another cleaning, if it should have been done correctly the first time. When I asked Mr. Lavan if the technicians received a commission for selling additional services such as a sealer for the tile, or for painting the grout, he stated that they did not receive a commission. I asked to have another Supervisor contact me. As of the date of this posting, I have not been contacted by another Manager from Stanley Steemer.

Darius was very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets. He had no problems moving furniture to clean underneath. All the pet stains came out. I was very impressed.

Extremely happy with the service. I needed my sectional cleaned. The techs were very knowledgeable and personable. They cleaned it well and also added a protective barrier. Service took about an hour, it was quick and painless. Will definitely be calling them in the future for other items.

The guys did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond making sure all of the areas were extra clean. No spots left anywhere. Great job! I will call again.

So I like the tech but it was done by only one person, and I spent almost $300, and was not happy. I had 2 techs the last time I used them, and they spent a long time some spots were not able to come off I get it but I am not happy many areas were missed. I don’t know exactly how long it took, but it was pretty quick job. I get it was one person. I would not recommend Stanley to anyone the baseboards were splashed I really am not happy. I am expecting a call from management as soon as possible please. Like I said the tech was nice but not happy at all with the work.

Aldo was great! Showed up early in the appointment window and went right yo work! Was efficient, hard working, and pleasant. He never even took a break and he worked outside on the patio for most of the time. I highly recommend Aldo and Stanley Steemer.

Sammie and Frederick did an awesome job. They were prompt and very professional. My sofa looks brand new. I received several estimates prior to making a selection. Stanely Steemer gave me the best price. They provided good quality work and a good price. I would definitely recommend doing your research first and calling Stanley Steemer before selecting another company. I am very impressed by their work.

I had Horace and Taz inspect my carpeting for future cleaning and they were highly professional and their advice speaks volumes about their integrity—and definitely a sign of a good, ethical company rather than one pushing unnecessary work.

Stanley Steemer, by far the easiest to schedule an execute service online. Super quick to schedule. Follow up text to keep the customer informed of the schedule. Notification when they are about to arrive with a photo of who the technician is.
Technician was friendly and courteous. Did an overall great job! Will definitely use Stanley steamer in the future.

Stanley Steemer did an excellent job cleaning and coating my air ducts — the difference was noticeable right away, and I was very impressed with that service. I would absolutely recommend them for air duct and vent cleaning.

However, I also had them clean the fan inside my A/C unit, and unfortunately that part was disappointing. The cleaning appeared to be surface-level only; the fan drum was not removed or thoroughly cleaned, and as a result, the musty smell is still present.

The service was quite expensive, and I now have to hire a professional A/C company to properly clean the interior of the A/C unit. Based on my experience, I would recommend using a licensed A/C company for any work inside the A/C system itself.

Overall: great service for air ducts and vents, but I would not recommend them for internal A/C unit cleaning.

Donald and Otis were absolutely amazing, extremely professional and did an incredible job on my furniture and the floors.
I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Good service. Our technician, Gary was pleasant, respectful, and diligent making sure we were satisfied. He went the extra mile when asked to go over some areas again that needed more attention, without complaining.

I was highly impressed by the service that Stanley Steemer provided. Sammy and Anthony are amazing technicians that walked me through the process, and counseled me on the pros and cons of what I wanted to do. I wanted to clean a mattress that had been in storage for while and was exposed to pests and bugs but I did not want to bring it into my house until it was cleaned. So, they had to do the cleaning outside my house in the driveway which is not the norm. The first time Sammy came to do the work, the weather was not good so he urged me to not do the work and wait until the weather is better. Thank goodness I followed his advice because within an hour, a storm hit and if he had done the work, my mattress would have been ruined. The next day, the sun was out and bright and they did the work efficiently and diligently as I “supervised” and asked them to clean spots here and there. They were very patient and accommodating. I now have a clean mattress and am very happy with the service that I got from Stanley Steemer and Sammy and Anthony. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

This is my second time using Stanley Steemer and requesting Aldo, and he once again did an excellent job. He’s professional, thorough, and takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend Aldo for anyone looking for quality cleaning services.
