The service provided by Jose and Juan was very professional and performed with efficiency. The appointment was kept as promised and their knowledge of the carpet cleaning in this case was explained in detail. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and if fortunate in having these 2 gentlemen, rest assured the job will be done right.

Our Stanley Steemer tech, Jose, did a great job cleaning our carpets. He had to clean 3 bedrooms and a long hallway. He was able to get out the dark dirty spots in our hallway. See photo of nice clean long hallway. We are satisfied with the way he got the job done. He also told us how many hours: 8-10 until the carpets are fully dried. Jose also told us to walk carefully from the wet carpet to the tile floors, as needed. (I always put a small towel down on the floor- to prevent a slip and fall.)

The carpet steaming was a waste of $200. Although my carpet was already in good condition and no stains, I hoped it would look refreshed and smell clean. To my surprise, the treatment does not come with a lasting deodorant or even a hint of fresh smelling products. It took about 15 mins to clean the stairs and hallway. There was zero physical change and “dust” in the corners of the stairs was not able to be removed. According to the cleaner, “dust” stained the corner of the carpet on the stairs and “dust” stains cannot be removed. Again, it was a complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I gave two stars only because the man performing the service was nice and came on time.

Very professional and super friendly. I have an injured foot and both guys were very helpful when it came to moving items that were too heavy for me. Technicians made all of the difference. Our carpets look years younger and strong. Thank you. Gracias

Taz was so thorough and quick and efficient - he told us everything we needed to know especially for my 95 year old dad needing to be careful on the tile. Really great experience.

They did a great job! When I filled out online order, I specifically checked leather - but his work order said fabric. They re-did the estimate and got to work! We are very pleased! Not all of the magic marker grandchildren’s autograph and art work came off but we are pleased with how clean all 3 pieces look! Thank you!

Jeremy was our Stanley Steemer technician for natural stone floor cleaning and upholstery cleaning. This was the second time that Jeremy did the service for us. On each occasion, he was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and explained what he was doing and how it worked. We were very pleased with the service he provided and would recommend him to others in need of cleaning services.

Stanley Steemer to the rescue. I needed several pieces of furniture cleaned quickly. My husband scheduled the appointment and the confirmation text was sent immediately to my phone. Communication is key and Stanley Steemer definitely kept me updated on the arrival of my technicians, Glenroy and Gary. Over the next few hours they cleaned all my items. They were very professional and I was very happy with the service I would recommend Stanley Steemer to any of my friends and family.

These guys were great. They were efficient. They knew their work. They were neat. They were so pleasant and friendly. I do hope to do business with them again.

We had 2 couches cleaned and a sectional by Stanley steemer. Dealing with them from start to finish was very professional. The two gentlemen who came to our house were very pleasant. They worked hard at getting our couches clean. Couches look great! And service was Fabulous!

Excellent job on area rugs that have not been cleaned in way too long. Sergio and Orlando were punctual, conscientious and so helpful through out the process (I.e. helping us move furniture a bit). Our rugs are vibrant and clean!!!

We used Stanley Steemer for the first time for a dryer vent cleaning. We chose the company based on their reputation / reviews and they exceeded those expectations! Timothy and Mark were outstanding. Their knowledge, approachability, customer service skills and thorough work ethic were all best in class. These outstanding gentlemen were incredible ambassadors for the Stanley Steemer brand and I hope they are well recognized for their efforts. We had two gentlemen visit us the day prior for the initial appointment and they refused to remove the external dryer vent which caused a rescheduling. There was a marked difference in approach. Edwin and his associate came to steam clean the carpeting on my grandmother’s staircase, as well as the visible border of the rug under the bed in the master bedroom, which hadn’t been done in years. Edwin’s good work and clear follow-up instructions as he showed us what was completed, paired with his friendly professional attitude, made for a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend!

Stanley Steemer did great. Quick, efficient and my carpets smell and look soooo much better!!! Drying time is usually half of others and that's a big plus. If you have carpet in SoFLo it's a bonus to find a good company.
Can't be the price either. Very worth it

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the tile and grout cleaning done by Stanley Steemer. The two technicians were on time, respectful, and very thorough.

The results blew us away—the tile looks like it was just installed. We didn’t think it was possible to bring it back to this condition, but they did exactly that.
