Awesome customer service. Rick scheduled me in for the same day on an emergency, hew was upfront with the pricing and trustworthy. Got rid of my last AC guy because I lost that trustworthiness and clarity on billing. Will be using Pacheco cooling here on out. Rick worked on my older AC system and found the problems right away. We had Leo, Jessika, and their colleague come out to do our pre-summer A/C maintenance and servicing. As usual, they did a great job. We advised them that the unit that cools the main portion of the house seemed to not be cooling at it’s most efficient. They trouble shot the system to see why the house was not as cool as it should be. They found that the thermostat was not working properly and the filters were dirty. The old thermostat was changed out and the units were serviced and clean. The house temperature is now wonderful! Leo and Jessika have become good friends of ours after we met them several years ago. We will not use any other company than Leo and Jessika’s great company. Thank you Leo and Jessika for being such good friends and taking care of our A/C system with such care.

Cool & Heat AC are knowlegeable, reasonably priced and above all else, trustworthy. Leo, Jessica and their team are the holy trinity of AC repair and installation. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and at the price I was happy with. I cannot thank them enough.

Cool & Heat AIR Conditioning, is the only one I call for my A C. Maintenance for the past three years. They are extremely reasonable, and efficient. Other companies charge twice for completely unnecessary work. I've lived here 45 yrs ( so I know) I highly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends. From Jessica (The Boss) to every single professional she hires is most impressive. I highly recommend this company to my HOA Association, here at Pine Island Ridge. One more thing, they take care of the little people or elderly who can't afford a payment plan, because they simply refuse to charge you exorbitant fees!! Cut and dry.

Leo and his assistant did a fantastic job! They were on time and explain thoroughly the issues throughout the process. My ac unit is only 3 yrs old but there are leaks throughout the pvc pipes. Leo repipe everything and there are no more leaks. Leo also clean up all the molds, secure all loose wires and flush the AC system. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely a 5 stars service
