Feeling so lucky to have found this company. They have helped us many times now. First helping us to replace our mini split and then to repair our main AC unit. I called today with a broken motor and Leo came out and fixed it within just a few hours. Thank you for taking care of our family, we will never call anyone else!

On one of the hottest days of the year. Cooling and heating was able to service my AC unit. It needed freon. The techniciqan was very knowledgeable, nice. Quick. Thanks Jessica and technician Leo. I called Cool & Heat in desperation, for a second opinion, as my A/C was blowing hot air after undergoing routine maintenance Monday by another company. The unit was cooling normally after that technician finished servicing the air handling unit in my apt before accessing the roof Monday, as we checked the temperature of the air coming out of the vent before he went up, and when he came down he said all was well with the roof unit. Unfortunately, I started feeling hot that night but did not think it was the A/C, and it was not until Wed that I realized that the A/C was only blowing hot air. When their manager came to investigate Thursday, he told me that I would need a new blower motor costing like $650 (he estimated) and when I said my unit was old perhaps a new unit was in order, the office later would not even quote me a replacement part stating that as my unit was over 10 years old, they would not change a part, even though they had changed a part some years back, after the 10 year anniversary! So I called Cool & Heat Friday and Jessika was so patient listening to my troubles and since it was late, the next day, Leo serviced my unit (today Saturday) and diagnosed the problem, not as a broken blower motor, but as a bad capacitor which he replaced giving my unit a bit more life. There was nothing wrong with the motor. They were also very kind with their invoicing in light of my troubles. Needless to say, I will use Cool & Heat from now on for maintenance and service and when the time comes that I replace my unit. I heartily recommend them for their prompt, kind, transparent, and professional service. They have taken pictures of my roof unit showing how they found it, the shoddy work done by my previous company (who I used for some 20 yrs) and the work that Leo performed. Their work ethic is top rate and they are a joy to deal with. I have nothing but praise for this company and recommend them 100%. Cool & Heat are a beacon of integrity in this age of incompetent and greedy dishonesty.

Finally found my home A/C repair company! Got a timely response and appointment right away! They came on time and serviced my a/c when promised. I’ve never dealt with an a/c company as professional as these guys. Highly recommend!

This is company is my go-to for any and all a/c issues.

On-time. Good communication from appt to finish. Leo gives you updates on the job progress, what’s wrong, what they’re going to do and tips to keep from having to call for service all the time. Very fair and reasonably priced and they seem very honest as well.

Update: 1/3/25: Reinaldo and Leo are both very professional and knowledgeable. They arrive on-time and clean up after they complete the job.

Have been using this family owned business to service our a/c needs for about a year. We have a large, older home with 2 separate air units that needed repairing/replacing.. The owner, Jessica has been very cooperative and reasonable in cost to help us with our needs. Our tech Leo is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and experienced.
