Brad and the crew of The Tree Surgeon's arrived at our new home on Florence Point Drive on a windy Wednesday morning ready to take on the clearing of our marsh view. There was a lot of Spanish moss to be removed from the beautiful live oak trees to open up the view and 6 large hickory and cedar trees to be removed. Brad had to bring in a crane to safely remove the trees from the back deck facing the marsh over the roof of our home to the street where they were expertly cut up and mulched. At the end of the day, there was not any mulch or branches left on the street. An incredible crew and we HIGHLY recommend them to take care of your tree removal or trimming needs. The whole crew were extremely polite, extremely professional and hard working. They were there to get the job done!

The tree work itself was excellent—clean, efficient, and professional. I had four trees that needed attention, and once the job was completed, everything looked great. Scheduling was smooth and communication leading up to the job was easy.

There was an unfortunate issue during the process—my well pump was damaged while the crew was working. It was a stressful situation that resulted in extra time and cost. But I want to specifically recognize Justin, the crew lead, who completely owned the mistake and went above and beyond to make it right.

He came back twice, tried to get it resolved himself, and made sure a plumber was brought in when it was clear more help was needed. He didn’t dodge responsibility—he showed up, followed through, and genuinely cared.

The situation didn’t play out perfectly, but Justin’s professionalism and character stood out. I’m giving five stars because the tree work was solid—and because people like Justin are the reason companies earn trust, even when something goes wrong.

Brad quickly responded to my inquiry and provided a detailed quote. Noah and team did the work and were on time, worked quickly and did a great job trimming a couple of trees. One was overhanging the house and Noah was able to carefully cut and drop limbs with no damage. Cleanup was great. Highly recommend.

Best in the business! I've seen ALOT of tree crews in my construction career. These are the guys I trust at my house. They just removed several large trees over my home and I wasn't worried for a second! They are VERY GOOD! Very safe and productive. The men were very respectful and polite. Highly recommend them

The Tree Surgeons have been great! Scheduling was quick and easy. Prices are reasonable. And when I had a limb fall in a storm, they were quick to respond and get out to the residence to remove it and clean up the tree. I would highly recommend them!

Brad came out today and looked at 3 of my big trees. I was concerned in anticipation of hurricane season. Instead of telling me I needed to cut this and that, he said all trees were in good order currently and maybe in a couple of years we will have to look again. An honest arborist who cares about the trees more than setting me up for a big $. Thank you Brad. I will never use anyone else.

I had a large, dead oak that needed to be removed. hanging half way over the home, I had concerns about possible damage. The service was exceptional from start to finish. No damage to the house and they had it done in a single day. I highly recommend these guys for any tree service.

The guys are great! We hired The Tree Surgeons to remove 8 huge decayed trees from our yard ( 4 within 3ft of our house). They were amazing. Their stealth tree climber was so amazing to watch. They did precision cutting, the mulched each piece, even raked up the leave as they went. I can’t say enough about these guys. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing tree removal. We called The Tree Surgeons to come and evaluate a few of our trees to see if they were strong enough and healthy enough to withstand strong winds. Brad came out the same day and was very honest about the health of our trees and said we did not need to remove any of them. I was so happy to hear that because I never want to cut down any trees unnecessarily.This also showed me that he is not trying to rip people off and tell you a tree needs to come down when it doesn't. I highly recommend The Tree Surgeons for any tree work. Our neighbors tree fell on our house and car. We immediately called Brad and he arrived at 6:45AM to assess our home and tree. His team was able to remove the tree from our house and car without more damage being done the same day. We have a huge Live Oak next to our house that was also hit by the neighbors tree. His team assessed my Live Oak giving me peace of mind that no damage was done to it. The team was professional and respectful and did a great job with clean up. I had 8 large water oak trees taken down that were basically at the end of their life span. Three of which were over my house. These guys were outstanding. Fast, safe, and did everything they said they would do. They cleaned up the site well and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you guys.

Happy that I chose this company. Shopped it and Price was competitive. I had 2 large oaks and 2 smaller trees removed. One of the large trees was bent over our house and was a challenging tree to remove. It was fascinating to watch. From the initial survey by Brad through the removal by Alex’s crew, they knew their business and got it done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up afterwards and left yard better than when they started. Also took care of the all the red tape with the town. Great job!

Brad is Very knowledgeable and professional. Brad showed up at my property and gave me all the answers I would ever need and more about my tree concerns. He actually saved me over $1000 by explaining the true life of a tree, the details behind the arborist intricacies and the recommendations for of all of my concerns. I could not be swayed to go with anyone else for all my tree concerns. Also, they appear to be very reasonably priced for their work! Brad went above and beyond what I expected for the estimate review and visit.

I have used the Tree surgeon for over five years now and you can never go wrong hiring them. All their employees are courteous, conscientious, thorough and efficient. They have trimmed my Oaks, cut a bunch of hugh pines and Oaks out of my property and never once damaged anything. They always clean up behind themselves. Very impressive.
