Tree Surgeons are the best! Brad & his team did a fantastic job of trimming back trees overhanging our pool screen. Brad also informed us a a huge dead pine tree and coordinated with the county to have it taken down. Very happy and highly recommend Tree Surgeons!

I live next door to a house that had bushes and trees trimmed. Not only did they turn hedges into tall trees, they crossed into our yard and destroyed our bushes too. Completely cut out the branches out of huge bottle bush. Destroyed hummingbird nests, opened our house up to street lights, lights from garages across the street, and allowed others driving down the road to look into our front windows. Will never get our bottle bush back to the beautiful curb appeal it had due to negligence on their part. This is me experience and opinion. Owner did call and was yelling that he wanted proof and where was my record. Well he was hired by the neighbors. Came into our yard and cut the tree down. I didn’t hire him for anything. We had a big pine tree limb that was growing out over our pool enclosure removed by The Tree Surgeons. Mark came out and assured me they could do the job without damaging our enclosure. I was impressed by Mark and his team when they did the job. Everything was thought out and they worked like a well oiled machine. I'll definitely call them again the next time we need tree work done.

I had a large tree removed by Mark, and his team. His communication was prompt, his guys were respectful, and boy do they work fast! The entire process was very easy, no fuss, and they look out for their property like it’s their own. Will absolutely recommend and use them again! (Stump removal in the next few days).

Brad came out 6months back and gave a quote for 3 trees in the back. Front tree trimming side tree trimming and one stump.
I got in touch with Caroline and she had the invoice on file. Brad confirmed the price still stood. I paid for what we spoke about and they were kind enough to grind up a couple other stumps at no extra charge. Alex was great, solid dude he cut up and stacked the wood for me even tho I told them not to worry about it. They even put my fence panel back up for me. Solid people. solid business. 🤘🏼

A basic clean is a deep clean to this company! They washed and turned all of the beds and towels, scrubbed my baseboards and bathroom grout (shower and flooring), mopped, dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms, and a million more things. They were meticulous, efficient, and professional. The products they used were green which I usually don’t have a preference either way but when my kids came flying in the door from school I felt good about what my house had just been cleaned with 💗 will definitely use again and would HIGHLY recommend!

This may seem over the top for a review about a cleaning company, but this team does so much more than clean, so I’ll say it - the decision to hire Bones and her team transformed the peaceful environment in our home. Amazing experience! We just moved to the island and we were looking for a cleaning company. I read some wonderful reviews about Boutique Cleaning and immediately reached out to them. Bones, the owner, came over for a walk through just a few days later and we scheduled a deep clean right away. All I can say is there is no need to look any further for a cleaning service in Fernandina Beach. Bones and Brittany showed up exactly at the time they promised and cleaned and cleaned and cleaned for 6 1/2 straight hours. The deep clean was incredible! They cleaned everything - the inside of the fridge, the baseboards, ledges on tops of windows, the list goes on and on… I seriously do not think they missed a spot in the house. We have hired them to come back and do regular cleaning every two weeks and I will look forward to their visit every time. I have had cleaning services in every state I have lived and I can say they Bones and her cleaners are top notch. Very professional, kind, and super responsive.
