I strongly advise against doing business with this company. I purchased a washer and dryer set, and on the day of installation, the dryer had issues. Although the installer attempted a repair, the problem persisted. I immediately contacted the company, but they ignored my messages. As a frequent buyer of multiple units for various properties, I can confirm that this company is not reputable and will scam you out of your money. Do not buy anything from them.

I purchased a brand new, lightly dented, pair of LG washer and dryer from them. Not only did Yury haul away the old ones and install the new ones, but he also took the time to explain to me how they worked.

While he was at my house I told him that I was waiting on a new stove to be delivered because the previous technicians told me the motherboard was broken and it was not worth fixing, even though it was only two years old. Well, he came back the next day and repaired my Samsung Smart Things stove. It turns out the settings simply had to be reset. I guess when you know, you know... He saved me from having to buy a new stove!

Both Yury and his wife we're very communicative, punctual, trustworthy and dependable. I highly recommend this company.

OMG!!! I am forever a fan of Sears Appliance Services. They are direct, timely, professional, have all the precise tools, and diagnose to a perfection. Including items that are not in their spectrum, such as the dryer duct / vent system. Extremely well satisfied!!!

Sears is the best hand down when it comes to home warranty repairs . The technician was professional and very helpful he went over and beyond to make sure I kept my dryer . The best decision I made when it comes to my home appliances.

A++ service from the sears Technician Garth. He went above and beyond to ensure the refrigerator was working %100, doing extra checks....on the other hand, Sears Home Service, needs to make it abundantly clear, that whenever parts are ordered the customer MUST call SHS to confirm when the parts have arrived...so that the status can be changed in the system...and the technician can be deployed to install.

Mr Service Repair Man went above and beyond his ability to get my washing machine repaired. Thank You Mr David Hudson. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

BEWARE! I do not recommend using Sears.

This company charges unfair prices. The inspection fee of $127 is a little on the high end but still reasonable.

After the inspector came, they tried to charge me $500+ for a compressor relay change (the part costs less than $10 on Amazon) and there are youtube videos showing you how to replace it under 4 minutes.

Part: $73
Labor: $419
Cleaning is $25
Total with taxes: $553.95

I told the guy I don't need their help -- ordered it on Amazon for $9.8 and changed the part under 3 minutes with no special tools.

Shawn is the best. He is courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he contacts customers on the day of the appointment to give them an estimated time of arrival.

YOUR REPAIRMAN ARE GREAT. BUT YOUR POLICY OF NOT SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS IS HORRIBLE AND SO MANY TIMES MY APPOINTMENT WAS CHANGED WITHOUT A CALL. SO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD.

Juan was the technician who helped me with my washer and dryer. Supper detailed in cleaning the dryer and taught how to correctly clean my washer. Thank you! Today was a great service day from two professionals for air conditioning and washer and dryer.

Antonio was very prompt, clean, knowledgeable and highly professional. He even wore a mask for protection of of our safe space per my request. After having so many challenges with scheduling, Anthonia came out as scheduled and … really made my day. He is the “Ears” in SEARS Home Services… helped me to regain my confidence in this company.
