Highly recommend Dan from Miami Vent Pros Dryer Vent Cleaning. They came out to my house and did an outstanding job cleaning the dryer vent from start to finish. The tech was professional, on time, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They removed a surprising amount of lint buildup and made sure the entire vent line was cleaned thoroughly, not just the easy-to-reach sections.

You can immediately tell they specialize in dryer vents and know exactly what they’re doing. My dryer is now working much more efficiently, drying times improved, and I honestly feel safer knowing the fire hazard risk was addressed. They also left the area clean and treated my home with care and respect.

Fantastic job.
My dryer used 2 to 3 cycles just to dry my clothes. I called a repair guy and after troubleshooting he std it's not the dryer, but maybe the vent is clogged and recommended Miami Vent Pros. Dan came out and gave me the onsite general inspection and explanation of what the easiest to the most difficult situation could entail before he got started. Once he started he found the clog and got it out.
On-site time was approx 1hr 15mins.

Now my clothes are drying FASTER THAN BEFORE!!!
Needing LESS that a full cycle.

I had a repair person come to replace the heating element in my dryer for the second time in a year. He pulled out a 6 foot snake of lint from somewhere inside the mechanism of the dryer (not the little lint screen). One part of it was actually burned! This could easily have caused a house fire! He said we are supposed to have a dryer vent cleaner come about every two years to clean out the vent that runs through the wall... what?!?! We had never heard of that, and have had the machine for 9 years!!! We called Dan and he called right back, and came the next working day. He was SUPER nice, honest, and showed me photos of all the areas they cleaned and all the lint taken out of them... WOW! There was a ton of junk! We are soooo thankful to have heard about the need to do this, and SO happy that we chose Dan/Miami vent Pros!! :)))

Miami Vent Pros was recommend to me. A few minutes after I gave the okay for the company to call me, I received a call from Dan. I explained I just purchased the place 10 month ago and replaced the dryer but the dryer kept saying low flow and took 3 to 4 hours to dry stuff. I even tried to clean the duct myself. After talking to Dan on the phone he knew where the problem was and schedule for the next morning. He was on time and very professional to me and my family. He went to straight to the problem in the attic and Whoa La the problem was solved after being there for about an hour.

Right after Dan left I rush to wash something and dried 2 loads in less than an hour, 25 min per Load and one of the loads were jeans. Dan also call to check to see if all was good.
Now, that is service. If this was Ebay I would rate Dan AAAAA++++++. I would will definitely recommend Miami Vent Pro "Dan" to everyone!

My old Kitchen Aid dryer stopped working 3 times in the last year. My appliance guy suggested I get the dryer vent cleaned. Considering the dryer was 20 years old, I opted for a brand new Maytag dryer. Before it was delivered, however, I thought I should get the dryer vent checked out just in case it was clogged. Dan came promptly and you wouldn't believe the mountain of lint that came out of the vent. If it wasn't for Dan I could only imagine the damage that lint would have done to my new Maytag. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone!

My dryer had not be drying properly for a long time. I would have to put even small loads to dry twice and lately I was getting a faint smell of burnt while the clothes were drying. I looked around on the internet and found Miami Vent Pros. After reading all the good reviews I decided to give them a call. Dan answered right away and we set a day and time. He was punctual, in fact, he arrived a few minutes early. He did a thorough cleaning of the vent, went up to the attic to make sure the vent up there was in good shape as well. He dismantled and cleaned the drying machine inside too. And when he was done he cleaned up everything, no lint or dirt was left behind. He was very professional and was fair in his pricing. I will call him again in the future when my dryer vent needs a good cleaning.

Great job by Dan at Miami Vent Pros. Scheduling an appointment was easy and he was accessible. Dan was timely and prompt to his appointment. The dryer vent system was unorthodox but he got the job done despite various obstacles along the way in the highrise condo building. The work was completed in a professional manner. Dan was tidy and cleaned up after his work. Thank you!
