Yesterday I was looking for someone to come fix my dryer vent so I was lucky enough to find Miami Vent Pros. I say lucky because it was the first call I made and lucky because when Miami Vent Pros came to my house I got the best surprise of my life and I know that I am having a good week. The person that came to check my dryer was Mr. Hourihan, the father of my son’s classmate from HS back in 2020, I have known the family for many many years, a great and honest honest family. The work done and the time it took was superb, obviously they are my forever technician and highly recommend them. Thank you Mr. Hourihan🙏🏻🦋

I would highly recommend the work of Miami Vent Pros! Dan called back in a timely fashion, confirmed the appointment and showed up to my house on time. His professional and personal demeanor and service was excellent! For the time he spent declogging the vent and fixing the problem that someone else had left behind, the price for service was very reasonable. He didn't even leave any mess behind! When I dried the first load after service, the clothes dried even quicker than when the dryer was brand new!! I would definitely call Dan back for future issues if they arise and recommend him to family and friends. Don't hesitate to call him - awesome work!

If your dryer is taking more than one cycle to dry, Dan is the man to call! Our vents were completely clogged with lint, second story was not an issue . I highly recommend this company!

Pro Quality Repair, Fl got back to us and has since provided excellent customer service.

Though we did get someone out to our home the same day, we are very disappointed with the service. The repair man inspected our washer and explained what he thought the problem was with the unit. We paid for the service and waited to receive an estimate. We had been told that we would have an estimate within two days, and that if we did not receive the estimate we should call. the repairman left us his card and phone number. After we did not receive the estimate, we called and left messages numerous times. However, to date, no one has reached back out to us. We essentially paid for a service call that resulted in nothing but the need to find someone else to come out and look at the machine .
