I've been wanting a Fiddle Leaf Fig tree for a while and MiMo had plenty starter trees at a great price. The outdoor space was well maintained and I got the help I needed.

MIMO means “to take care of”, they definitely do not have a clue about what taking care of their customers means. I went to buy a cactus, specifying the pot I wanted it to be placed at. They welcomed me to bring it so that they would place it for me (which sounded great and according to the promised service level… otherwise I would have gone to Home Depot!) but asked me to pay for it to reserve the one I was interested in. All good until I went with the pot (1 hr and a half of traffic later) and then another worker from the establishment told me that the pot wouldn’t hold the weight of the cactus (surprised when I actually had shared the picture with them) and she denied to place it even on my own account. The owner told me that it had been the fault of a new worker but she didn’t give me much options to refund the money. It had been a gift from my sister and they have asked her to go to the store in order to refund it. The fact that she was on the phone providing the number of the credit card would not suffice. They claimed that they could t cancel the order either - in spite of it being still pending on the bank. But according to Ninfa Díaz (the owner) she es giving “ample options’ .- a store credit ?! Or another 3 hrs ride…. But ey… they feel they are giving us MIMOS… Certainly they need to take a 1.0 course on customer service…
