Do not let this happen to you. I called Miramar Air Duct Pros on Aug 26, 2025, ask for quote for Dryer vent cleaning services they didnt know said technician would say. Normally $125 but if on second floor roof could be more. Technician came out on Aug 28th, I explained there was a blockage that I cleaned as much as I could but did not check roof exhaust. They said not necessary and didnt go on roof only cleaned from inside. Charged $325. I do laundry on weekend blockage error appears on dryer. I call after Labor day, Sep 2nd. Same technician says they are still on vacation will call me. Call back on Fri Sep 5th no reply only text they can’t come its raining. Fine, text them Sun to see if Sep 8th is possible no reply. I called another company because this company has no manager that calls me to send someone else. The other company finds the issue on the roof exhaust see picture. If I do not get a refund of $165 for what other company charge me will take this up with Consumer and Civil Services.
