Requested unit replacement cost from this local dealer. "I will be there this afternoon or tomorrow morning". Never heard from him. Waiting at home and no one ever called. My friend said he told him once, " I thought I took care of you".

Mr. Parker arrived as promised. After a brief description of the issue, he broke out the tools, checked a few items and determined what the problem was and fixed it.
He was thorough and gave me an estimate for the future upgrade when my heat pump finally dies after many years of service.
I recommend Mr. Parker based on my experience and the price for the repair was extremely reasonable.
