Van did great job, he took his time to clean our grease tank. We own a small child care and for the first time did contact them, he did explain to us many details that never other company did explain to us. Thanks Van!
We had our drains clogged at the restaurant and Van was such a great help, professional, and one of the hardest working individuals I have met! He pumped our grease traps and provided information on how it all works! We also had to get a new pump and had Steve, Charlie, and Van come to install and they did a outstanding job in less than 3 hours job was done! Great team thank you!!
I strongly advise against using Total Septic. I reached out to them multiple times to inquire about the cost of inspecting and pumping the septic tank. They provided me with a price that included the inspection details, and I even spoke to a technician over the phone to confirm this information. I only needed the general inspection; I had no issues with the septic tank, so no repairs were done. The service price should be the same as I was told, with nothing hidden. However, when the technician arrived to do the job, they added an extra $150 to the previously agreed-upon price. This lack of transparency from the beginning has made me unable to trust their services. I would recommend avoiding this company altogether.
I should have expected all the nice comments about Mr. Van. I will add my opinions as well, even though it's not a "Job" related comment. Mine is more a "Decent Person" related comment. Me and my kids had been stuck on the side of the road for over an hour with a flat tire. AAA would not be there for probably another hour. Not one person stopped to help me. Mr. Van stopped! He stopped and he fixed the tire! No questions asked, and he would not take anything in return. In fact, he even gave my kids a bag of cookies. I wanted to let you know that I appreciate your company hiring good decent people. And you did it well in hiring Mr. Van.

I enthusiastically endorse Total Enviro Services! Mr. Van, the cleaner who attended, was exceptional. He displayed remarkable friendliness, extensive knowledge, and a great sense of humor. The service provided for our business was incredibly prompt. I intend to utilize their services again and strongly recommend requesting Van for any future tasks, if feasible.
