I called to set an appointment for a complete pool remodel. I work nights as a fine dinning restaurant manager and my wife works days. We are limited in the evenings we have off together for a quote. Discount pool and patio was not flexible in setting a appointment within our available 3 evenings together in the next 2 weeks. I choose to not move forward with a quote because I don't want a company that is to busy for its customers once construction starts.

I trusted them to guide me in the right direction when shopping for a heater for our pool. They sold me a garbage Jandy pool heater that only ever worked half the time, then finally the entire circuit board got fried a few months outside the lousy 1-year warranty period. $3800 wasted. Everyone else I talked to said Jandy heaters are notorious for doing exactly what mine did - they couldn't have given me better recommendations for a higher-quality product that would last? Then they washed their hands of it, because repairing the hunk of garbage would cost as much as a new heater.

We shopped for a couple estimates to redo our pool deck and patio with new pavers. Joe was quick and knowledgable vs the other 2 bidders. He had good advice and a great selection. Got the work done the following week and done with no fuss. I would recommend for good quality.

Absolute professionals who know their product, are polite, courteous, and helpful. Joe was very patient with me, answering all my many, many questions about the products, waiting for me to make a decision, waiting for pool to be completed, etc. Pricing was extremely competetive, too. Once I finally made the decision(the right one) to use this company and trust Joe's advice, the product was delivered very quickly and installed the same day by the incredibly helpful and professional Gino, who answered all my questions about operation, best practices, etc. The installation was neat and professional, Gino cleaned up after himself, made expert recommendations about future products. The same night, when I thought something was not working, both Gino and Joe helped me troubleshoot an issue that was actually caused by an error on my pool builder's part and walked me through the very simple fix. They are also willing to come back and fix an issue not caused by them, but the instructions were so clear and easy, I was able to do it myself. 5 star sales, 5 star install, 5 star customer service after the sale. Highly recommend.

Needed to update my pool equipment and resurface my pool. Called a few places where they gave me the standard pitch. Joe came to the house (followed all COVID measures - extra care) evaluated the work and provided a quote on the spot. He was straight forward and saved me a few $$ on a pool leak. We agreed on updating the pool equipment and a good price, the team came the next week to complete the job. Mason came and cleaned up the area, labeled all the equipment, provided training and jokes. Everyone I worked with was awesome!! I will be using them again if needed, and recommend them to anyone that needs pool work done. Outstanding service!!

Jonathan, Natasha & Alex did a fantastic job on replacing our pool deck pavers with travertine, changing the trim tile and our pool light & resurfacing the inside of our pool. They were a pleasure to work with, from getting a very fair estimate, the planning of our tile / color selections, & explaining what was entailed in the job & when the work was to be done. Everything was completed on a timely basis & we are very pleased with the end results.
I checked out many pool companies in the area prior to signing our contract; Discount Pool had excellent ratings compared with other, larger companies & I would highly recommend you give them a call if you are considering a pool / deck remodel.
