Horrible company. Great workers. Never returns my calls. Broken pool for 2 holidays and no response!! B.S.

Honestly I would give them a 0 if I could. I don't know why the pool company can not clean the pool. They lend everything at the bottom and after complaining multiple times they just still do not care. I've had Rob and Dan put multiple times for multiple issues and they can reinstall pumps and jets but CAN NOT CLEAN a pool.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. My rental company contracted this company to fix a sliding door in our home. The first visit was on 2/26 when he came just to get an estimate. I was told he was supposed to board up the door but he didn’t. He came back on 3/1 with the door. I let him in and he began working on the door. A few hours later, I didn’t hear him so I went downstairs to see the progress. The door was installed but he was gone. I noticed the big slab of cement inside the house on the door sill. I went outside and saw he left a note that he didn’t have enough stucco and he will reschedule. The door was never sealed and there were exposed mesh and metal bars everywhere. He never rescheduled, I had to call for them to follow up with him. He came and added stucco, left stucco all over the exterior of the door on the floor and left without notifying me. I received a notification that he had scheduled another visit because “he forgot something”. As of this date he has rescheduled twice and has not completed the job A MONTH later. I called and left a message directly but no one returned my call. The job itself is crappy, the customer service is crappy and the professionalism is non existing. Avoid these people at all costs!!!

These guys are great. My house is in a mosquito- heavy area and for a year I tried every possible mosquito defense product, tip, and gimmick, torches, propane mosquito trap vacuums, flowtron zappers, citronella candles, foggers, thermacell devices, sprays, mosquito- repelling firepit logs, larvae-killing bits, wearable devices, and even another mosquito missing system. Mosquito Squad replaced my barrel misting system with an app-based tankless system with more nozzles and the mosquito protection is the best we have had yet. Do I still see mosquitos in my backyard sometimes? Unfortunately yes I do still see mosquitos sometimes, but they are significantly reduced and my mosquito situation is better than it ever was with all the other options I had previously tried.

The best pest control company in the Tampa Bay area! The company is honest, dependable, hardworking and priced right. I value their service and highly recommend them for all of your pest control needs!

Matthew was very helpful and very professional. My dog can finally enjoy my backyard after Matthew treated for our flea problem.

Was yelled at by the owner for quoting their own policy of “ 48 hours “that I was told over the phone. I had to call back as they didn’t return a phone call. They promise a
Return to spray your property within 48 hours and take your money but then won’t call you back and won’t come for 7 days instead of two days that was promised … all lies !! Tried telling me I live in apollo beach multiple times even though I live in St. Petersburg! I Called to get re-sprayed and when I explained it had been more than their 48-hour window to return calls, I was met with attitude. Joe (the owner) was not helpful by any means. He agreed he got my message from 5:28 pm Saturday but never called me back. Will Not be using again. Stay away from this place. I’m sure they will lie on their reply post.

We are very happy with our technician. Thomas was very professional in explaining and treating at our home. We are very pleased with Thomas and Mosquito Squad of Tampa Bay.

I am not happy at all with the outcomes. There is no value in this service. I had zero difference in our mosquito population after 3 treatments. I feel the service is worthless. I told the technicians each time they came out that the mosquito population was not decreasing and they could not care less. They just wanted to get the worthless spraying done and leave as soon as possible. Probably because they were being bitten by all the mosquitoes.

Mosquito Squad of Tampa provides a great service that really works. I first used MS in Minnesota during the summer months where the mosquito is named the state bird. The MS "system" worked so well up there, I was excited to find South Tampa also had a service provider. Our yard is sprayed every three weeks and it works. We can go outside, have parties on the patio, our grandchildren can play for hours in the yard,,,,all without the pesky mosquito biting and bothering us. Try it, you'll like it! Mary Beth, Joe, and their technicians are always professional and courteous. Technicians arrive per spraying schedule, which makes a huge improvement in the mosquitos especially living on the water and having mangroves. We can tell a difference in amount of mosquitos when visiting friend's homes in the neighborhood who do not have the spraying service.

Our daughter had her wedding reception - dinner and dancing - outside under oak trees. Mosquito Squad did a great job of treating the grounds. Not a single ant or mosquito showed up uninvited. Amazing!

Thomas has done such an incredible job maintaining our pest control at our home! We have a home near a pond that backs up to the woods and the amount of pests that used to appear out of no where was very overwhelming before we hired Mosquito Squad. Thomas is our technician and he is incredibly knowledgeable of what needs to be done to take care our unwanted pests. I have used other pest control companies before, but Mosquito Squad's products are top quality and have gotten rid of our most prominent pests QUICKLY! 10/10 recommend Mosquito Squad and 100/10 recommend Thomas as your technician.

We have been so happy we began the Mosquito Squad service and have enjoyed a perpetual fly/mosquito free backyard for months on end. This has been an amazing product since we back up to a wildlife perserve and are surrounded by forests, ponds, and landscaping. Also, each worker is thoughtful by always giving us a heads up when they're coming so when can ensure our pets are in the house. A mere 30 mins later they are back out safely in the sunshine.

Because of this company, we are able to sit outside all year with no mosquitoes. If mosquitos show up between treatments, Joe comes out ASAP and takes care if it. We considered screening our pool at one time, but now we don’t have to because we can enjoy our deck again. I highly recommend this company.

Thomas did a great job servicing our system and making sure we are completely satisfied with the product. We have had this for about 6 months now and from installation to service the company has been outstanding. The coverage the system provides allows us to use out outdoor space whenever we want with little to no bugs. Thanks again Thomas and Joe!
