We used Mosquito Squad for our outdoor event in Palm Harbor and service was awesome. Family and friends enjoyed the party with No mosquitoes. We just ordered service for 2018 at our home and gave a gift of mosquito control to Mom. Call the squad. It works!

The mosquitos have been horrible in our backyard. We subscribed to a 3 month trial and have been extremely happy with the results. We plan to pay monthly through the end of mosquito season. We are glad we found this provider. UPDATE - 3 years later and we are still using this provider.

Mosquitos never bothered me and would laugh (until I saw the welts and itching) at my spouse who constantly complained. We tried candles and zappers and we decided we needed a professional. Mosquito Squad came recommended highly from my neighbors. We just built a pool and wanted to add this or at least try it instead of screening in my pool. The service was quick and the installation was clean.

A week after the install I got a text that the system was not getting water and the company reached out to me to let me know that. I turned the water back on and all was good. WHAT I am most happy about is that they installed promptly with great communication followed up with me and we can use our backyard without a huge, ugly, expensive screen.

Your service is way better than what we were receiving by the other branch and it’s been noticeably better as we hardly ever have mosquitos now and I see the guys spraying from time to time and they are very thorough. If anyone is thinking about this service I highly recommend Joe, Mary Beth and their team. I am allergic to mosquito bites and chemicals plus mosquitos love me so having the essential oils sprayed has allowed to to really enjoy our back yard all year round without getting bit! We love being able to use our backyard year round. We live in a very buggy area that stays wet and if we didn’t have the yard sprayed, we wouldn’t be able to use it. We have been using Mosquito Squad for a year and we are are happy with the service!

I am so pleased I signed up with Mosquito Squad, my yard is bug and bite free. I would highly recommend them as their customer service is the best! Mary Beth and Joe were super professional and helpful!

I would avoid Mosquito squad at all cost....ineffective, unprofessional, nonresponsive. We requested they treat for mosquitos and the first treatment was not effective so they came back out and told us they would adjust the formula. The next month when they came out the mosquitos were back within 7 days and significantly worsened by day 10. I called again to request they come back out as our renters complained as well. When I called for them to retreat they told me they were unable to come until our next payment date because they don't have any vehicles coming out to my area for a week. When I enrolled with mosquito squad they guaranteed their service or would come back and they have not honored that agreement. I highly recommend you go with a more responsive company who will guarantee their treatment and ensure it is effective. I called and requested to speak with a supervisor and was told they were not in the office. When I placed my husband on the phone Matthew then told my husband that the supervisor would be in later that day. I find it interesting he told a female a different story than a male. We were told we would hear from the supervisor who never returned my call. Finally, after multiple attempts of me calling I spoke with the supervisor who made no attempts to go above and beyond and basically stated he did not have any time until a week out despite the fact we were a paying customer. Very poor customer service! Again, I suggest you select a different company whose product actually works or at least they they will come back out to retreat.

My parents were surprised at how many insects there are, especially the no-see-ums which bite and they never heard of them before. They called Mosquito Squad and they discussed the products and services. Since their main problem was no-see-ums, they purchased an automatic misting system. It works great and the no-see-ums are gone along with spiders and mosquitoes. Matthew and Steven installed it in one day and showed them how to use the system at the unit, with the remote and even their phone. They love it and like that Mosquito Squad monitors their system remotely so they do not have to worry about anything. Great product, services, competitive pricing and very professional. Highly recommend.

I personally really appreciate that they let me know what dates the service is schedule for and a bonus reminder the day before they were coming. Very helpful. We have used several companies in the last 5 years and we were never happy with them for one reason or another until we found Mosquito Squad. They go the extra mile.

This company is very professional and effective. Their service allows me and my family to finally enjoy our backyard and pool. The owners communicate with their customers in a professional and personal manner. They are very engaged and make us feel important and heard. Having just purchased a new home in a new area, there have been a lot of service providers and contractors we have needed in the last couple of months. The Mosquito Squad, and specifically Joe, has been BY FAR the most considerate and professional of all of them. We knew immediately that we wanted to have Mosquito Squad install a misting system for us, but we needed our fence built first. There were delays in getting that constructed, so Joe kept our home protected by complimentary sprayings until the fence was constructed for him to attach the misting system to. He pre-stocked everything that would be needed so that he could provide us with our misting system on the first day after the fence was built. He always returns phone calls and emails promptly. You don’t find this level of customer service often in the service industry. The misting system looks great on our fence and back patio because Joe took great care to make everything as camouflaged as possible or hidden in the ground as needed. Our system was up and running the same day it was installed and is working perfectly! I have complete confidence that this will continue, because Mosquito Squad is a top notch business. Do not hesitate to utilize their services.

Great service and prices. After price shopping for my children that now live in FL, I chose Mosquito Squad. The Owners were knowledgeable and are actually CPA's with many years of Executive Mgt. experience. The product really does work and my kids are able to have friends over and let their dogs play outside without having to worry about mosquitoes, ticks, and spiders. Their Technician Lee is great, he goes above and beyond each visit and if they are home he checks in to see how everything is going and if they have any areas that require additional focus. If I have any questions, the owners respond even on weekends and after hour. Highly recommend.

I have been using this company for several months now and are satisfied with the service. We sometimes have to have them come out and do a re-spray but that’s understandable with the amount of rain we sometimes get. Overall, I am very happy with this company and will continue using in the future.

We signed up with Mosquito Squad for their initial 3 session service and have been very pleased. They were very professional. During one of the sessions we had workers outside and received a message that they could not service our yard and would come back the next day. Worked out well!
