Trenches pipe came out and did a video of the waste line. They were prompt showing up and professional. The work is scheduled to for later this week and hopefully this work will not impact the tenants. So far so good.

It has been a pleasure working with a plumbing company that does what they say they are going to do. They call when they say they will, they show up on the day they say they are coming. The technician that came to our house explained the work to be performed in detail, was very friendly and willing and able to answer all our questions as the job was in progress. With his skillful pipe lining techniques, he easily solved plumbing problems that would have cost us so much more had we chosen to replace the pipes. Mark was so polite he answered our phone call and came right over to unclog our drain I will definitely use him instead of another company because Mark is so polite and gives recommendations

This tech answers my call and can't answer the simple question of how much does he charge for a service call? He proceeded to list off all the parts that could go wrong with the hot water tank as though I have never used Google. I ask again and he blurts out $60.00. After telling him the manufacturer of my current tank has a warranty on it he tells me "warranties don't exist." "oh but yes Rheem does warranty there tank for 6 years, they provided an authorization code to replace their lemon" I tell him. He says no they don't and hangs up on me. What a poor representation of this company he provided. Apparently he can't get enough money from the up sell of this service call and doesn't have the vocabulary to say so.

I called Marko Plumbing Systems for a clogged drain. He was out to my house within two hours and cleared the clog within one. He informed me of how to prevent the same problem in the future and his fee was very reasonable. I would absolutely do business again. I can't speak well enough of the service.

Called Marko for a non urgent repair. Showed up the same day and got the job done. Honest and fair price. Would call again for future jobs.

My kitchen sink was backed up. I called and he came out within the hour to fix it. I asked about another small issue I was having at the house and he fixed it without charging me. He really seems like the type of person who treats people as he would want to be treated. He is very polite as well. I will call Marko Plumbing again in the future.

Mark came out and installed a new toilet at my mom's house with only 2 hours of notice. He charged a fair price and did a very professional install. Can't ask for anything better than that. Highly recommend.
