Tree root broke thru PVC pipe to the house. Chris was here in about 30 minutes, a very fair price, and they came back 90 minutes later to make sure there were no leaks. Highly recommended.

Hard to find honest people that charge a fair amount..I found them at t3 plumbing..have had them do numerous jobs at my house..they go over and above and are the nicest people..they treat ya like family..

Referred to T3 by my hvac guy. My toilet shutoff connection was no longer shutting off the water. They came when scheduled, fixed it and on their way within 30 minutes. I will definitely seek T3 for plumbing issues in the future.

Mike and DJ were great. Polite and personable. Installed a new water heater today. Explained everything they were doing and why. Then when the install was finished they went over everything about the new water and explained that everything is now also up to current codes.

WOW! I tell you what hands down the best of the best! I can't believe how fast the response was to get out to our house. We have the water heater repair and replacement through Duke Energy and T3 is who responded for our area. I didn't imagine they would come out same day. THEY DID! Then I didn't think they could install same day. THEY DID! Both the guys were so friendly. Let me know all along what was happening and answered all questions along the way. I'm highly impressed with this company and their employees. From the initial call to them leaving everything was pleasant quick and professional. Thank you guys so much!

Extremely friendly and nice guys! I have the water heater protection program via Duke Energy and this is who was sent out and they were truly wonderful. Got the job done quickly and went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend them (or the program) enough!

I had the Duke Energy Water Heater Svc and T3 installed the new tank. That part was good which was 5 star service. Only 5 years after the tank was installed I have water leaking out the bottom. In my experience, leaking water heaters are done and need replaced. So T3 was not reachable but the girl called back but I was in a meeting. So I called, again no answer. Then she text and said technicians can be there between 2:30-3 pm. The text came in at 2 :25 pm. I text back that I was not able to get across town to my house till 3. I explained my situation to my client, who I had a 3 pm appt with and rushed home. Upon arrival at 3 pm the techs were there. They looked at my tank, said it was set on 140, which since they installed it, they set it. I asked why it was so high and they did not know. I was told I needed a tank rebuild. $350 later they leave and within 30 hours I discovered the tank leaking AGAIN. It is a broken tank but I went throught the July 4th weekend without calling because I want to speak to the owner of the company before I call back about this clearly faulty water tank. Upon resolution I will return to reviews with an update. I hope to get 5 star service so I can update my review.

We had Mike and another young man come check our water heater today. We had some concerns and they were so polite and explained everything to us. I would absolutely ask for them again! I would reccomend anytime!
