Had a great experience with this company. Came out when promised and found leak in a timely manner so no overtime prices. Charles Ayers was our primary technician. Very knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly to stop our slab leak with a minimum of invasion to house and walls. His team mate Adam was also very good. And Diane in the office was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend American Leak Detection. Made a messy problem go away as fast as possible.

Do yourself a favor. NEVER use this company. We engaged them to find a leak. our property is 1/2 a city block so it large. We isolated the area of the leak and showed the tech. He then proceeded to wander around the property, nowhere near the area we showed him, finally came back over and said "It's too noisy here for me to locate anything". We were then billed $675 for what? ZERO service. Repeated calls to the company to speak with a manager NEVER answered. Now they threaten to send the bill to a collection agency. Not only can they not find leaks, they cannot offer even the smallest amount of customer service or even speak to you about any issue you have. You are better off with a divining rod than calling these people.

I used American leak detection for a mystery leak where my water heater is located. American leak detection sent out James Brooks and he came out twice. Although we paid him $675, we have not yet received the detailed report of the leak, it will be 2 weeks tomorrow since he first came to assess the problem and still nothing. Don’t think he is confident in his assessment. Because all of a sudden the machine needed to fix the problem is not working and they can’t do the job for us. What a coincidence and convince for them. And on top of that when we call the company, they tell use to contact the technician and basically do their job! I originally sent a positive review, however this company and technician has not proven to be professional. Please use a different company.

Alejandro Nacher came to my house on 12/28 to find a leak in my home. He was polite, thorough and knowledgeable! The level of service provided was amazing. Not only did he find the leak efficiently without making a mess of my home, he provided instructions on the best way to approach the repair. I will use American Leak Detection South Florida again but I would definitely ask for Alejandro if he is avaiable. Thanks for providing such great service!

Used them years ago and the service was great! Fixed my pool leaks. Trying to give them business again with my new home but they are too good for it. At least the coordinator Tracy did not want my business. Her tone was very cold. She did not work with me at all when it comes to scheduling. Obviously too busy for me. I would understand if they are really too busy but she should at least sound friendly and apologetic. However, she sounded indifferent and did not want to do business with me at all. Then I won't be your client as you wish! Sorry American Leak Detection, you are probably a good company but you have bad employee like Tracy. You are losing your business because of her.

We had a plumbing leak in our bathroom that caused quite a bit of water damage. Adam Dunn with American Leak Detection of South Florida promptly came out, found the source the leak and fixed it. He was an absolute professional and a gentleman. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, saving us time, aggravation, and money! I highly recommend him !!

Alex came out to my rental property and thoroughly checked for leak. He was courteous, very patient with me asking a lot of questions. So I’m usually not one to write a review but I have to say James Brooks really impressed me. He was very detailed, patient and followed through on making sure we got to the bottom of the issue with my “leak” @ my house, which ended up being a faulty water meter. Nevertheless, James checked everything in the house and was very good at communicating everything he did. Well done James - thank you!
