Had them re-stain a 4 year old shower / bathroom floor that was showing the standard South Tampa red stains from the iron in the water. They did an amazing job. Attention to detail was excellent. The final job turned out very well. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them in the future.

I build new homes and my tile installer left grout haze thru out the entire house. Not just one house but two houses. Needless to say I don't use the tile installer anymore. We had a closing in 1 week and I tried myself with some chemicals to remove the haze but it did not work. I was in panic mode so I called Grout Busters and spoke with Jennifer and explained the situation. Jennifer and her team came over and performed their magic. Super customer service. Travis and Anthony hand applied epoxy based sealant to all the grout in the tile floors and showers. They also came out on short notice and did the job on Friday/Saturday so we could move into our new build home the following week after closing. Travis was very professional in his presentation and he went the extra mile to go over the various options for tile care now that the grout is sealed. Thank you!

My expectations were exceeded! I had my kitchen countertops, floor and bathroom floor and shower cleaned, sealed and re-grouted by Grout Busters. Dominic came the first day and he was quiet and courteous while I was working from home. Monica came to finish up the job on the second day and was kind and quiet as well! Thank you for making my kitchen and bathroom sparkle!

I booked an appt for a walkthrough because I was interested in getting my shower grout either cleaned or redone. they kindly gave me a two hour window same day, which seemed above and beyond! they said someone would call when they were on their way. 30min before the window ended, I called to make sure someone would be on the way. she told me someone was indeed on their way. fast forward to 30min past the promised window, and I ended up being forced to cancel altogether. the person who had supposedly been “on the way” for an hour never showed up. She continued to tell the person answering phones that she was “right around the corner” but I don’t understand why she’d lie to her own coworker or employee. She was never around the corner and never showed. I canceled because I’d like to work with a trustworthy company and if I had booked them for the job, it appears they wouldn’t have respected my time and schedule.

Whoa! Grout Busters made my townhouse look like new! In a matter of hours, they worked magic on my kitchen floor, foyers and two bathrooms! Very easy to work with and a great team approach. I highly recommend this business.

Grout Busters came to my house last year (2021) and re-grouted my master bath. There's discoloration and cracking already. They want $350 to correct this a year later. IMO a re grout should last longer than a year. They did not respond to my emails or texts. Poor workmanship and very unprofessional.

Grout Busters do a comprehensive job from reviewing the job, free quotes, and timely service. They work with the homeowner until you are completely satisfied with the work. I have already recommended them to friends and coworkers.

This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Stay as far way from this company as possible. Their poor quality of work and customer service is unbelievable. They do not honor their “work service” warranties due to their terrible initial work and try to get you to pay again when you point out the clear flaws in their work. NEVER AGAIN!! Zero Stars if it was an option.

RE: your reply, you and your “technician” showed up wreaking of cigarettes and weed. You are completely unprofessional and a liar. I called almost a month ago to get someone out here to address your company’s poor work. A year from the last date of service would not be until the end of November. If you don’t honor warranties then do not put them on your receipts. I should’ve known better when the initial technician complained about working for Grout Busters due to horrible management. That definitely sounds accurate to me. There is no caulk left your tech completed the work last year as you showed me when after wiping away some slight mildew from the caulked areas. You have completely setup your company to fail and hope you enjoy all the bad reviews.NO ONE SHOULD EVER HIRE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!

Grout busters did a fantastic job cleaning up excessive calcification in my shower and regrouting the whole bathroom! Jennifer and her team were amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend them!

Ten years of mopping and the grout in our office looked filthy. I expected Grout Buster to bring in a loud mechanical scrubber but was pleased to see a team of three on their hands and knees literally scrubbing the grout lines. They filled cracks in the grout, chauked and sealed the grout. They worked fast and efficiently. So pleased with the quality of their work. Will schedule all my offices and home! These people are awesome. Very professional and thorough. In addition they actually care about their work and does it as if it was their own. Had whole house tile floor regrouted and color sealed as well as master bath shower. Amanda and crew were nothing short than awesome. Had the grout in my shower replaced. It was eroding and cracked and lots of it missing. Groutbusters gave me a reasonable quote quickly, started on my schedule, and completed the work timely. They did a great job, even after some additional work that was required, they we're persistent and professional the whole time. Cannot recommend enough, if you need work done, they'll get it done right.
