We had Grout Busters come out to clean over 1500 sqft of tile in our home and WOW!!! Our floors look like the day we installed them. Kind, courteous, professional team got to work immediately. Grout Busters cleaned and restored all of the tile flooring in a rental property for me. Jessica's communication with me start to finish was detailed and responsive. CJ, the technician, was a very professional, conscientious, and nice young man. The cleaner and mop were a nice surprise. Thank you Grout Busters.

Zero stars. Would not recommend. Challenging communication, confrontational, late and aggressive. Would highly recommend Sir Grout or a handyman for any grout work needed in your home. Not worth the headache, unfortunately.

RE RESPONSE: I have not only used this company for my personal but also professional use…and also found them challenging to communicate with, confrontational, late and aggressive. If only they responded to clients in half the time as it took them to reply to Google Reviews…we were not shown how to maintain anything. Sir Grout was not outrageously expensive, they were more expensive…but I guess the old adage holds true “you get what you pay for.” The savings wasn’t worth the (complete lack of) customer service.

Continuing to berate my husband and I for giving our feedback on our experience is not the best demonstration of appropriate or professional customer service. I would again, highly recommend you adjust your warranty clarification and refrain from swearing on the phone and then stating “have a blessed day” - seems a little disingenuous.

I absolutely LOVED the work by Grout Busters Tampa. Their prices were extremely fair and the work was flawless. Travis was on time, professional, friendly, and helpful. Plus his attention to detail was immaculate. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be calling them in the future for my other properties. THANKS GROUT BUSTERS TAMPA!!

Grout Busters came out yesterday and brought my floors back to life. Everyone we spoke to from the company was professional, accommodating and easy to work with. Workers showed up on time and ready to go the day of and were nothing but pleasant. We plan on using them again to do all of our bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service and work! Travis and Anthony cleaned and sealed our tile and grout making the floors look brand new throughout the house. They were professional, prompt and very accommodating. It was a two day job reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. Their results were beyond my expectation.

I was very pleased with the Grout Busters employees who cleaned and sealed my tile today. My home hadn't been professionally cleaned in over twenty years but this afternoon it appears brand new again. I'm impressed with the customer service, knowledge in product and color matching as well as professionalism and will never recommend another company to my family and friends.

Grout Busters did a fantastic job cleaning out the mildew/mold in the shower, fixed crack tiles, cleaned all the grout and sealed the grout with a color of my choice. It is really the best grout cleaning I have ever seen to the point it looked like I had new tile/grout installed. The staff worked very hard to get everything looking great and ensured I was 100% satisfied every step of the way. I really appreciated their hard work and highly recommend their services. They even gave me a follow up call a week later to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

We had a terrible experience with our builder and our floor was a disaster. We were under extreme stress and had a very tight schedule to stick to, but Jennifer and her team at Grout Busters took all the stress away and achieved results far beyond our expectations. Jennifer was a class act and a true professional; she handled the conflicting opinion of our builder with ease and focused on fixing our issues with care. The team showed up the next day and everyone was extremely pleasant, hard working, and most importantly of all, you could tell that they truly cared about our home. The end result was enough to literally make us cry when we finally saw it in person; they finally resolved a nightmare we’ve been living with for almost a year. We can finally relax and be happy in our home.

We had tile in two bathrooms cleaned, 2 showers re-grouted, and tile cleaning in our laundry room. Grout busters did a great job. All interaction was professional and courteous. Quality of work was superb. Quote for volume of work seemed fair. Would definitely recommend to friend or family member.

BEWARE OF FAMILY BUSINESS...DO NOT RECOMMEND! What a difference in service and workmanship within 6 months from the last time I used them for my other house. A picture says a thousand words! The pic on the left was the results after the initial service day. The crew of 4 also used a different color grout along "some" of the baseboards than the grout lines Some of which bled onto the darker grout lines in areas. As you can see from the pics, they did not properly clean the tiles. The sales rep was defensive when I called to complain of the results. A week later, they sent 1 employee to correct the situation of which she left early due to illness. Company did not communicate when someone would be back to complete the service. When I called for my confirmation date, the owner said "we don't call" "you're on the board for service". When 1 employee did return, she spent most of her time on the phone and took 2 breaks within 3 hours. The photo on the right illustrates the after results of the first photo and what she considered to be clean. She slammed the door and left. They don't deserve even One Star!

Used Grout busters for 2 different bathrooms in our home. One was an extenisve and detailed job. They took their time to make sure all was done perfectly. I did not even know by the looks of my grout and shower before that it could look as nice as it did when they were complete. This has made a tremendous difference on the looks of both bathrooms. Their attention to detail is incredible. I am now scheduling them to do the tile throughout my house that was never sealed. I highly recommend them!!

From beginning to end Jennifer and her team were fantastic. Grout Busters was professional, efficient, and left our floors looking better than the day we moved in our home. We are getting the house ready to sell. The master bath shower was pretty bad. It had always been our intent to have the entire bathroom redone. We were budgeting around 3-4k to have a new shower installed. Realtors suggested we call Grout Busters. The did an outstanding job saving us a bunch of money! See the photos below!

My floors and showers look amazing! I thought I was just getting my grout cleaned. Little did I know that all of my ceramic areas would look like brand new once they were done.

I had one area where the grout was mixed improperly and started coming out during the cleaning. They completely removed the bad grout, put new grout in and then color matched so it flowed with the rest of the tile in the room.

Amazing work and amazing to work with. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again.

I contacted Grout Busters Tampa based off a referral of another satisfied customer and I am so glad I did. I reached out via phone, we scheduled an appointment to review what I needed done within 24 hours. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and professional. I had not only very dirty grout, but also cracked grout in my shower in a few places. Jennifer brought in a team of 5 people that very carefully, cleaned, sealed and fixed my grout in 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. The results were amazing. Great crew, great work completed quickly. I highly recommend.
