Comfort Air installed my new unit 4 years ago and I've been with them ever since. The owner Jim is knowledgeable. He has always responded promptly to inquiries and been patient with requests. Recently, I was stuck inside with no AC and technician Brian made sure he promptly got my unit back up to speed and answered my questions thoroughly.

Our AC went out on a Saturday at 3 PM. Anthony arrived within the hour, had the system up and running by 5:30 . Anthony was great , he explained things well, was professional and obviously experienced. We would request him again . Thank you Comfortzone!!!

Eddie was the technician with a great personality who serviced and evaluated both of my a/c systems.
He gave an honest evaluation on the condition of my air handlers and outside a/c units. He took pictures in order to show me the condition of the coils. He explained about the availability of refrigerant and the new type that will be the only one available in the future.
There was no pressure on his part for me to replace parts or units. I will use this company in the future as I have in the past, if and when any parts of my system fail or need replacement.

They came to do the scheduled maintenance service, that was never performed last year, even tho we paid for the service annually. They just flush the lines, we do this every month. The technician sat in front of me and he just started selling a lot of unnecessary things that add up to $2,000. Our unit is only 3 years old and functions perfectly. I called another company for a second opinion, they assured us that nothing that was recommended was need it at the moment. We are so disappointed with the service. The technician was charging me $168, when I called the office to cancel our contract and our appointment at other property, they only charged $89 big difference. Also, when I request to cancel our maintenance contract with them. They did not ask why we were making that decision. They just didn’t care anymore. We have been loyal to Comfort Zone for many many years. Sad is not the same. Not referring any more business to them.

Courtney made a great first impression when I called Comfort Zone A/C & Heating to schedule an appointment. She was courteous, efficient and friendly.

Had 3 other company’s to my home for hvac problems they took the money and ran. Called comfort talked to Courtney she was nice ,and answered all my questions . She sent grayson out today he dod a great job all items taken care. All my business is going here. Tell your friends if they need a new company Comfort Zone is a great company and affordable!

vero has many AC companies to choose from. Ive used several. No one compares to Comfort Zone. Always on time, courteous staff on the phone and the AC techs are terrific. If you want the best call Comfort Zone.

We’ve done business with Comfort Zone for years. We recently bought a new air conditioner from them. They are quick and efficient. If you have a problem,they come out promptly. The owner,Jim, is helpful and friendly. He wants the job done correctly. This is a wonderful local business.

I had a massive issue with my drain line and a few other things. Eddie the tech was absolutely amazing, showed up early, was extremely knowledgeable and completely fixed my problem with my AC. The iFLO was a game changer to add onto the house so I never have to worry about the drain line again. This makes me extremely happy I highly recommend this company with any AC needs or issues!! Our technician, Anthony, arrived promptly and went right to work after introductions. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Anthony reviewed our maintenance history and found that our regular maintenance warranty period had expired by one week, but decided to honor the warranty anyway! After fixing the problem other checks were made and pictures were taken to document the status of our system. Anthony patiently all our questions and left us with a high level of confidence for future petformance of our AC system. Comfort Zone is definitely a customer oriented company.

This is the 4th ac unit purchase I have been involved in while living in Sebastian—2 for houses I owned And 2 in my son’s house, where I now live. Service and courteous treatment are very important to me and my son. Comfort Zone hits a home run every time. A good Wisconsin ethic shows through in Jim’s company!
