I was referred to Star Quality by a neighbor for I needed a new AC unit, I’m so glad I was! Initially worked with Anthony on proposals, Anthony was extremely professional, amazing and a pleasure to work with excellent! The AC installers Carlos and Matthew also very professional, focused on doing everything the right way did a great job very impressive. The receptionist and billing girls also helpful and customer focused. I definitely recommend Star Quality and would use them in future.

James came out to my house on a service call during the night and was so wonderful! Super nice and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was also super patient with me when I was asking a bunch of questions! Truly a great guy to have working for your company! Thanks again to James 😊

I had a fantastic experience with Star Quality Air, got exactly what was quoted and customer service kept me updated along the way.
Their technicians remove my poorly installed Rheem and replaced it with a state of the art Trane. I also had them replace all of the aging ducting and provide a solution for a bedroom that was warm. -Five Star Experience

Eric and Kyle just finished installing new HVAC system and duct work. They were efficient, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They also went above and beyond my expectations.

Matthew just installed some parts and repaired our A/C. Very professional, called ahead to say he was on the way, arrived on time and when he was done, he walked us thru pictures and explained everything that he did. Very thorough and neat. Very happy!

Chris Bronson was our technician today to service our A/C. He was friendly and professional, called to say he was on the way, arrived right on time and got to work. When he was done he showed us some issues we had and explained what we needed. Left a quote for us to discuss and decide how we want to proceed. Very pleased!

These guys are amazing, every single guy! Mike took care of cleaning my moldy unit inside and Carlos headed up the complete tear out and reinstall of the ductwork! They got it all done in 1 day, highly highly recommend this company for all of your AC needs!

I wanted to leave a review and let people know what kind and helpful employees your company has working for them at your vero beach fl location. I had a flat tire on my way taking my daughter to school last week and I had to pull over in the star quality parking lot right away. As soon as I did three men came over to help. I do not know Spanish but a fourth worker was able to assist by navigating the language barrier for me and together they all immediately worked on adding nitrogen to my completely flattened tire and then patching the hole for me so I could go put air in it and get my little girl to school in time. I offered to pay them for their services but they said it wasn't necessary. I have never used star quality before but if I need any repair work done in the future I certainly will give them a call! If I hear of anyone that is in need of a reliable repair company l definitely will recommend your company to them. Thank you so much for being so nice

Chris was out today to review my AC and change the filters. What a great job and knowledgeable about the systems. He explained everything and really gave personal service. I would recommend them if you need any HVAC work done!

Called to see if they could come out and see what was going on with my air conditioner. Definitely was surprised I was able to get an appointment so quickly. Mr. Randy came out and checked my unit and found the problem with ease and was able to get my air back working. Highly recommend!!!
