I hateee leaving bad reviews, but Vichilis Tree Service ghosted me and rescheduled me multiple times.

Originally their tree estimator sent me a quote and said they can fit me in two weeks away on a Wednesday. That wednesday comes, I don’t hear anything from them so I tried to call and text them to make sure they are still coming. I’m ghosted.

I find two other phone numbers on their website and call those phone numbers. I’m told by the man who answers that they don’t have me on the schedule even though I have a quote and date confirmed via text. Okay, I’m annoyed but let them rebook me for Friday.

I get a text on Thursday that something has come up and the need to reschedule for Saturday at 3pm. I change my plans for Saturday to be home when they cut down trees.

Today is Saturday, I have no communication from Vilchilis until 3 hours before they are supposed to be at my house. I get a message saying they need to reschedule again.

At this point, they got three chances to complete the job on days they told me they were available.

They wanted to reschedule again, but after rescheduling and not showing up 2 times, I don’t trust they will ever commit to showing up.

I hired them for a big landscaping project—lots of pruning and clearing. They exceeded my expectations and were a pleasure to work with!

Vilchis Tree handled a tricky job at my place—big tree right next to the garage. They got it down safely and didn’t damage a thing. Worth every penny.

We had a wild situation after a storm rolled through Kennesaw—big limbs everywhere, one even blocking my garage. I called them up, and they were out here by noon. The team worked fast, cutting everything up, hauling it off, and even making sure my shrubs weren’t damaged in the process. Can’t say enough good things!

My experience was wonderful! The end result was absolutely way more than I expected. Justin and his team were very professional and left the area in pristine condition. The stump grinding and cleanup was so good- it looks like there was never a tree there. The price was very reasonable. I am quite pleased with this company and will definitely use it again. Absolutely great service, I got other company's quotes that were ridiculous. Coming out to look at the trees, giving me weeks to months until they could do it. So essentially wasting my time.

But Skyline truly came through for me and my family. Very reasonable price for 3 big trees, and were at my house the next day with their knowledgeable and very professional team members for the service.

Highly recommend this company. They cut down about 20-25 trees in our yard & they did great work. Great group of guys, nice & respectful. They worked efficiently & did everything we asked of them. We got 4 quotes & theirs was the best! We plan to have them out again for more work in the future!
