I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by this company. While it was difficult to see the trees removed, it was ultimately necessary, and the team handled the entire process with great care and professionalism. They were very mindful of the surrounding area, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Our yard was left looking amazing, and any concerns I had about how it would look afterward were completely put to rest. I will be recommending them to anyone I know!

Deep Roots Tree Service have been to my home to cut and pruned my trees on two separate occasions. They continue to impress me with their knowledge and professionalism. They looked at all my trees and explained what was healthy and safe and what was dead and possibly dangerous. They cut trees but they also care about trees, i liked that! The fee was fare, they worked in a timely manner and cleared all debris. I recommend them 100% and I will call them again.

My experience with Deep Roots Tree Service was superb. They are incredibly professional and the quality of work was excellent. They removed a number of trees around my home's electric service line safely. Their cleanup was also well appreciated. These guys are the real deal. They use heavy duty equipment, and the team was appropriately dressed in safety gear head to toe. You don't always see that with tree removal crews.

The day originally scheduled, a large storm came through. They had to reschedule and kept me well informed on when they could do the job. That level of attention was definitely a plus. Overall, I am super impressed with Deep Roots Tree Service. The communication, tree removal, cleanup - you cannot go wrong with Deep Roots Tree Service.

This year I called for them to remove an additional 20 trees 60 feet tall from my property. I didn’t have to research as they did work for me last year. What a pleasure to have them return knowing the professional service they provided for this senior citizen. Got a quote several months ago I've been calling I've left 5 messages no one picks up and no one calls back so I had to find another service.. I would like to do business with them but it seems as though they don't want my business.

Unfortunately my good neighbor used this company to cut and remove several trees. They are totally disrespectful of my property (dropping trees on my property and driving their cat all over my property) even after both I and my neighbor instructed them where the property line was on several occasions. They ignored both our requests to keep the work effort on my neighbors property. They would not even talk to to me when I went to inform them that they were driving on my property, driving over sapling trees and only told my neighbor they were sorry. “Sorry” only works the first time you acknowledge you wronged someone ! Might be a good price with this business, but you get what you pay for.

Been using Charlie & his team for going on 2 decades...won’t call anyone else to do tree work. They do trims, lay downs, storm cleanup in such a way that always amazes me. Just laid down a limb in a 6 foot span with no fence damage. Awesome job !!

I’ve used this company a couple of times and never had an issue. Each time I had over 15 trees cut. They were very professional, on time and the price was great. I would definitely will use them again. Mr Charlie is a very fair man and will get the job done in a timely manner.

Fair priced and excellent job! Tino, the tree climber is amazing. I had several trees near power lines and he dodged them all. Great cleanup and all were professional. The owner, Charlie, is great! He is a certified Arborist and has been in business over 20 years. Overall great experience! Thanks for keeping four trees off of the power lines and my house!
