Nolan at Peak was very thorough and did the best he could to help maintain our older system. And this is after having another company (not named) who didn’t even look at what was happening with the outside unit and charged me over $300 and the system was still not running that well.

Knowledgeable and helpful. They showed me everything they did at the end. Showed me how to use the thermostat and got me setup with the app. Brennan and crew were wonderful. My dog and cats really appreciated the pets as well.

This is with Paris Malones review…it is far from a 5 star company…a complete joke at this point! Nothing but a run around. The original guy that came out to give us a quote was very nice and very respectful. We couldn’t get our acs installed until we bought the cages to put over them. Our cages came and we scheduled install for last Monday…promised everyone would be there that day…EVERYONE including the electrician. They showed up to our house at 2-3 which I thought was kind of odd but hey they showed up right?? Good…they did work very hard (we have absolutely no clue about any of this) ….NO ELECTRICIAN!!! Here we are in the hottest few days…we’re excited to be getting ac…nope not today….not the next day…or the next day. Got promised electrician would come Thursday…he came but come to find out our stuff was installed properly. A hole was put in our downstairs door for what reason?? The planiums that were supposed to be Installed on top of our AC were never installed either! Electrician said he could hook it up So we have temporary AC…YAY!! But NO…people that did install didn’t leave the thermostats. Once again NO AC! That might we went out and bought a couple thermostats ourselves…didn’t put them in because obviously we don’t know how to. Electrician came a couple days later only brought 1 thermostat…we needed 2. Then we were told the ones we were supposed to get were on back order and once they get them they will bring out the NICER/NEWER ones. Ok.,.back order I get it, it happens. Ac gets hooked up…upstairs one is working fine. The once for the living room, kitchen, bedroom worked for 1 day (at least we thought it was working??) next day my house is at 85-100…this has been EVERYDAY SINCE. Paris has sent text messages, calls etc. we call again today…we get told is your furnace filter clean? Check your condensation pump? Um that was supposed to be your job! A new condensation pump was installed on the other one but not the one for downstairs. I go down to check and there is water leaking all around where the two parts meet. This is absolutely insane and needs to be fixed ASAP!!! We got told someone can’t come out until Friday now?!?!? How is any of this acceptable?!?!

Absolutely top tier. They were very professional, knowledgeable, they were here for 10 hours replacing my old ac unit with a new one, also did some troubleshooting that found a major flaw in the furnace! Thank you!

Technician Chris Brown came to install a replacement thermostat for us today and did great work. Respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. More great follow-up from Peak. Thanks!

Willie and Jarek were great. They were in and out, needed no help, and acted professionally.

Jake landed zabe came out and cleaned my air duct and did a awesome job. They had it all done in a hour or so. Fine job to those three young men. I would a hundred percent recommend them three

We had Gustavo, Pedro, and Landen come today to clean our air ducts and install a new thermostat. They arrived on time, were respectful, and made sure all our needs were met before they left. This is our first time having this service done. We will definitely refer them to friends and family!

I do not leave bad reviews and I’m not leaving a bad review here. My father just passed away a year ago August 2024 leaving my mother to make all of the decisions about their home. Our father chopped wood for a wood stove and my brother decided to finance a home heating and cooling unit from Peak in order to upgrade the family home for our mother. Peak was helpful in financing and installing the unit but along the way there have been several hiccups beginning with getting the heat to work this last winter and now during the heat wave she has zero access to AC and has just been informed by the technician that she has an appointment this Friday. I see they have a 24 hour business and they have Emergency Service and I definitely feel like an emergency is needed when this should have been something an foreman should have inspected after the install instead of my mother sitting in her home wondering why her AC unit was not getting cool during the hottest days of the year. Please understand our family has struggled financially for years and this was a hard decision for my brother to finance the cost and it wasn’t cheap at all. Our family is asking that this is remedied as soon as possible we would greatly appreciate it, my brother and my nephew are speaking with the supervisor and I will leave this review up until my mother has a working system . Thank you so much.

Nolan was beyond a doubt a life saver in this heat! Both my systems ac and furnace needed to be replaced and Nolan came in with the expertise and knowledge to find a solution at a cost I could afford. I appreciate not being pressure into something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. Nolan was exceptional and a pleasure to work with. We are glad to have found Peak heating and cooling and of course Nolan too!

Brennan & Riley were punctual, kept me abreast of the progressive during the entire installation. In addition, they were respectful of our landscaping and neighbors. When the project was completed, the clean-up was spotless. No rubbish or debris was left for me to take care of. Peak Heating & Cooling is very fortunate to have a crew like Brennan and Riley! Thank you for an awesome job!

Landen, Gustavo, and Pedro they came and cleaned my ducts they were very nice and quick. They called 45 minutes before they arrived which was great for me. I would recommend these guys 100%. The price is very reasonable and appointment was very easy to schedule with a follow up text and a day before reminder confirmation text as well. Thank you guys

Peak sent out an advertisement for a summer AC tune-up and cleaning special. I noticed my unit was struggling to kick on sometimes so I called to schedule the service. Nolan came to give it the once over, found the problem immediately, and installed the replacement part. He thoroughly cleaned out the unit and looked over all the components. He was very professional and spent an hour and a half to make sure everything was running properly both inside at my furnace and outside at the AC unit. I appreciate that he took time to explain the inner-workings to me and answered all my questions as well. I would recommend Peak to anyone needing HVAC service.
