ServPro did an amazing job taking care of multiple issues we had at our property. We were away and felt comfortable giving them garage code to our home. They were very professional and kept their space very clean.

Ryan was great, came out quick to assess and give an estimate. Mitigation team came out next morning. Bennett and Ian did a great job and were very professional. They made sure to lay down floor protection through the entire home where they were working. Kept the rooms contained and were very patient and thorough explaining their findings, sending us photos and videos, and answering our questions. Very knowledgeable team. Junior was a great project manager and made sure we were always in the know to what was going on.

Very poor customer service and service in general. Had no problem Terry my house apart, but they have spent way too much time putting it back together. I even called them and they never returned my calls to tell me what they’re going to finish. I haven’t had upstairs bathroom in a few months

We had an upstairs toilet hose leak and it was 6 hours before we caught it. Water started seeping through the downstairs bedroom ceiling. We went through insurance to get the repairs done. They gave us ServPro and we are so glad they did! Everyone we dealt with from ServPro was awesome. It started with Junior and his crew when they came to demo the damaged areas and perform the dry-out. Next was Ashley who coordinated with us on everything we wanted to replace and repair. After that was Jerry. Jerry was our project manager who coordinated the sub-contractors, made sure they got their jobs done, and that they did so in a timely manner. In fact, we were going to have family in town staying with us while construction was being done and once Jerry heard that, he moved quickly to try to get the project finished before family came in town. I'm happy to report that he accomplished his goal! The work is all done and family arrived today! Every one of these people we dealt with was professional, timely, and very responsive. It was truly a pleasure to work with everyone we encountered from ServPro. The team at ServPro have been exceptional! We had a flood in our upstairs bathroom and although it is a stressful situation our contacts at ServPro have made it as easy an experience as it could be. From our first contact with Ryan who inspected the damage, Terry and Juan who handled the removal of damaged materials and drying, our project manager Ryan (also), and Kelly who put together our estimate, everyone we have dealt with has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. They have been prompt, hard working, and positive. Our situation is not completely resolved but I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Denver was my project manager and he was great! Very responsive to my questions and completed my kitchen very quickly. His crews were quick, professional, and did high quality work.

Jason led the crew doing the water mitigation/drying after my kitchen flooded. I could not have asked for a better experience. It is really great that I can trust the guys coming and going through my home and appreciated being updated/communicated to very clearly through the process.

This team has been absolutely amazing. From the initial call, to mitigation and working with my insurance adjuster, they have been hands on, communicating well and extremely helpful. They were trustworthy and friendly and walked me through everything and answered my numerous questions. Highly recommend and while I don’t want another issue, if I have one- they are my first and only call!

We had water damage to the master bedroom window where water was leaking into the bedroom from the window frame after an ice dam. Servpro was amazing. They were the quickest and able to get out and assess and stop the damage the same day, as well as started the drying process the next day. Both the deconstruction team and reconstruction teams were great to work with and very communicative.

It’s a shame that there is businesses like this they are ripping off the insurance company and the customer with shotty work and that there lack of work or doing things in the bid. I can’t imagine the shotty stuff they do to people who just don’t know that they aren’t doing a good job. The first two pictures are the ducts to the return on my hvac that was a ten thousand dollar clean up job it wasn’t just the returns either it was every register. Third pic is the awesome craftmanship they have oil based paint stains for careless workers the window job they were gonna do thankfully i stopped that operation. Took all the insulation out of my ceiling and never put any back and to top all the outrageous bill they slapped on my insurance is the damaged was done feb 2 and they didn’t get a worker in there until apr 22. They hold a monopoly on these insurance companies because they just pay it but if you did this kinda work in the normal construction world you’d be out of business. My insurance company definitely didn’t get the damn near 6 figures you took them for and what I’d really hate to see is what happens when the persons insurance doesn’t cover the extra $ 35,000 luckily mine did what’s that person gonna do it’s absolutely ridiculous and I think it’s a shame. There is no way you could be proud of the job you did at my place

I can’t give Sam and Ryan enough praise. They were very professional and trustworthy. They didn’t cut any corners and checked moisture levels daily. We are very thankful for their ability to get our house taken care of in a timely manner, their honesty and work ethic.

Ashley has been excellent as she guides us through our restoration choices. Denver is an APEX construction manager and has brought us THE BEST crews to be found in the Treasure Valley. BEST of all, ASHLEY & DENVER are ALL ABOUT keeping us informed of where we ARE and where WE ARE GOING as our restoration moves forward. The ASBESTOS ABATEMENT team from A.A.I.were hard working and thorough...and their crew was THE BEST! We are SO GRATEFUL to have ServPro as our home restoration begins in earnest!

My shed burned down, so State Farm Insurance recommended ServPro of Boise to do the clean-up. LT and his crew came out and did an excellent job of hauling away the burned items, the plastic shed and all the misc burnt pieces of plastic, etc. They were fast, efficient and were careful to stop at certain items so I could take pictures and finish up my insurance claim. I would highly recommend them and if LT and his crew show up, tell them I said "Thanks again"!

Excellent experience with ServePro Boise and Richard and Sergio specifically after a burst water pipe flooded our basement. As Project Manager, Richard was on top of the project from end to end and ensured a flawless execution. Sergio did the reconstruction work and displayed a high level of craftsmanship across multiple disciplines. Highly recommend!

Ok, I have to say that Bennett has been absolutely AMAZING to work with. From the time I first met him, to the phone conversations, to the ins and outs of the work to be done, he’s been on top of it. Super clear communicator (which I need!), patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. Bennett made a situation that was very intimidating into an easy, stress-free experience.

Junior, Kurtis and Preston did a great job drying out my crawlspace, and providing additional photos and information to help me make further decisions on fixing the problem. They gave me honest feedback and provided a list of solutions. The team communicated with me every day, including weekends, to answer my questions and address my concerns. I would highly recommend this team to help out when you find yourself in a difficult situation!

This review is for the restoration only.
If I could do less stars for this review I would. The restoration was for a small bathroom that had water damage.
What needed to be done was replace part of the flooring, 64 SF. Lay the plank flooring that we supplied, remove the toilet and install the new one that we supplied, install a prefab shower, place the cabinet that was from Home Depot, install some drywall and paint. The work that was complete should be a HUGE embarrassment for this company. I completely trusted them based on the reviews and thought they were reputable. The amount they are charging for this small bathroom is $13,182.43!!!
I have asked about 6 times to have them meet me at the house with a manager that will take FULL responsibility for the work that was ‘done’ and the outrageous price they are charging. I have yet to talk to such a person.
