I called the Doctor Drain and talked to Jose. I explained my situation where I had water coming up from drain hole located in my basement. Jose understood the situation and treated it with urgency. He was busy at the moment but he would have someone come out to house in 1 hour. Before the hour Javier arrived and immediately got to work. His commitment to get the job properly done, took a couple hours. At the end I saw the pile of tree roots and baby wipes. After flushing the toilet and hearing the normal flushing noise, I knew the job was complete. Javier was always focused on the task and cleaned the area well before he left. I will continue to use their services if needed and will recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Jose and Javier!!!

These guys were great. Called on a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and they came within a few hours and really were professional about their work. They’re a growing company who actually take their time and help you out with their needs. I would recommend these guys who are genuine people.
