We own a century home, so saying the plumbing can be complicated is an understatement. This company is extremely honest in their estimates and competitive in their pricing. In terms of scheduling, they are extremely responsive to emergencies while also willing to work around your schedule as necessary. They went over their completed work and showed in detail the differences between the before and after.

And it's a family owned and run business, which I love! You can really tell they take great care in each job. They will be my first call in the future if a new problem arises.

Called them on a Friday night for a recurrent issue we’ve had with our sewer backing up, which hasn’t happened in 5 years, nevertheless it needs to be taken care of fairly urgently. Today we encountered a serious problem at our home. The drain was clogged in all our toilets and main drain system in the home, as I called the drain doctor, he came out quickly within the hour, took care of the problem and discovered that there was roots in our sewer system. I used Tony's Drain& Sewer Cleaning service today. I tried other places around Aurora for sewer cleaning. The estimates they gave were ridiculously high. Then I called Tony's and talked Judy. She was absolutely polite and professional.
She promised service within 90 minutes at a great price.
The technician came on time.
He took pictures of the work. He did a great job of cleaning. I will be using them for my other rental properties.

Great company! I’ve been using them for more than 5 years already for my sewer pipe maintenance. I usually have the same tech come to my houses but the tech that came to my house wasn’t as clean as the other tech. If he had taken an extra minute and cleaned up the area where he was at I would have given him 5 stars.

I will continue to use Tony’s for sure.
