We were pleased with the work in beginning once they finished. But the concrete isn't even a year old and it's cracking in multiple areas. Reached out numerous times about these concerns but no response from them. Very disappointing.

We used Metro commercial general contractors to remodel our 50,000 square-foot office in downtown Chicago they did it absolutely fantastic job from beginning to end it seem like the entire project was a breeze I truly thought that it was going to be a nightmare but David made it so easy he just said I will take care of everything I promise and he sure did I highly recommend this company based in Chicago Illinois they do fantastic work something that I get to see every single day at my office a++++

Metro did an amazing job on my kitchen and bathroom right next to it it was a present anniversary present actually for my wife and she really loved it and believe me it's hard to please her. not only was the work done at a fast pace but it was done right the first time from the tiles to the countertops everything was really the way my wife envisioned it. The workers that did the labor were very nice always had a smile on their face I love getting service that way highly recommended

Recently I had the pleasure of working with formed space on a brewery at the kimball arts Center - Kimball & the 606. Ørkenoy is the name of this treasure. Despite a limited budget, the contractor led by Architect turned contractor, Conrad, was able to pull together the design by range Architects & the condensed construction schedule. Before you knew it a custom concrete countertop was glistening in the sun as seen through some beautiful large format Lacantina Doors. The submittal process, the shop drawing review, the coordination… All of it flawless. I would highly recommend this professional outfit.

Even more recently (2026) we worked with designers and Formed Space on a new restaurant in Berwyn, IL.
