We interviewed several contractors for the renovation of our condo building lobby. Formed Space was by far the clear winner based on his prior work, architectural background and can do approach. Conrad and his team were so easy to work with, kept us fully updated on progress of the project and provided solutions when the inevitable construction hiccups occurred. They have an A list of craftsmen who all worked together seamlessly. Given the project took place in a high traffic area, they took the time to leave a clean space at the end of each days work. I would not hesitate to use them for other projects or recommend them.

As an architect, I have worked with many GCs and Formed Space is, without question, the best group I have worked with. When I renovated my own home, I knew I wanted to hire them, and they did a fantastic job. Conrad and his team are experienced, thorough,
and conscientious.

Conrad & Company were fantastic to work with for our gym they built out in Lincoln Park (TRAIN Moment). This was the 5th major build out I've done and I've been looking for the right crew to keep working with - and Formed Space is it. They are responsive and they truly care about their craft and the final result.

Update: 2 year after the fact they are still responsive when I have questions about my build! They are awesome.
