Great experience with Miguel and his team! I really appreciated that he walked me through the whole process on the first phone call so I knew what to expect and prepare for the duct, dryer vent, and bathroom exhaust fan cleaning with regard to noise and timing of the job. They arrived exactly on time and completed the job expertly. Miguel and team were very knowledgeable, took care with our home, and are very kind. A pleasure to work with them.

Miguel worked with my schedule to arrange a visit to clean my dryer ducts and arrived promptly. Miguel and Lucy did an incredibly thorough job, showing me pictures from the roof and inside the ducts. The team is very friendly and they were very patient with my questions . Plus, they have the best price in the area and didn’t try to get me to replace any unnecessary parts.
And they left my laundry room way cleaner than they found it. Going to have them back to clean the AC ductwork next!

I found this company and Miguel on Yelp and decided to hire them for dryer duct cleaning. Miguel was extremely responsive, proactively communicative, professional, and polite. The price was fair so I signed up. Miguel did a great job cleaning my dryer vent and also left my home super clean. Based on the high quality of service for this first project, I hired him again for an additional project to clean my whole house duct system. He and his colleague did a great job and left my home spotless. I was stunned how much of a better job they did than a company I had hired for the same task two years ago. I also appreciated receiving photos of the before and after, and Miguel took time to explain to me some things I should know about my house system. I would confidently recommend this company and their services to anyone needing them.

Very courteous and knowledgeable! Dryer vents should be cleaned every year to prevent fires and to keep your dryer performing well. We found that our vent had been partially disconnected behind our dryer for some time! We will be having them come back to clean our air ducts too.

I highly recommend Miguel. He is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and honest. He spent 7 hours cleaning my dryer vent and each of my 24 (!) furnace/ac vents (which were filled with construction debris) and numerous clean air exchangers for a very reasonable price. He sent me pictures of everything as he cleaned them. He left my home spotless, and he even changed my furnace filter and added a clamp to the dryer tubing, at no charge. Please give this young entrepreneur your business—you won’t regret it.

Miguel and his team are amazing! I recently had some work done in my unit and stuff was everywhere. They were very careful working around all of my mess. They were both very respectful and cautious not to scratch my floors when moving items. My ducts were filled with dust and remnants of the construction dust. They were able to get everything clean! Such a difference. I would highly recommend!

I rent a two flat in the neighborhood, and recent tenants choked the HVAC with animal hair… I believe they were boarding. The house was almost insufferable to be in because of the air quality… Miguel and Lucy came in and did SUCH a comprehensive job of cleaning out all the hair, and sterilizing so that we are not breathing hair and dander all day. After they left, it was like night and day… the air was instantly better! Reasonably priced, great communicators, highly recommend.

For 6 months we could not use our dryer at condo had abt come 5 times could not find the problem called Air Duck maintenance solutions Miguel came spent 7 hrs cleaning vents and fixed the dryer he was so detailed and very fair price! If you need air vents cleaned call this company best I found .

Professional, thorough, and priced well. I live in a condo building, had called several places- most places only clean dryer vents no higher than on the 1st or2nd floor. If you're needing cleaning for higher floors in a condo building, call Miguel for sure!
