I texted photos of the faucet i wanted replaced and i have the part. The lady who picked up the call says she has to charge me $125 to send someone few blocks just to look and that doesn't cover anything except for coming to look . A text with photo of the faucet should have been enough and $125 rip off fee just to send someone few blocks to look for this tiny work is unfair. STAY AWAY

I called for what I suspected was a blockage in the main sewer line from my house. They arrive in less than expected time, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. They fixed the problem and cleaned up well after they were done. Would definitely recommend them.

I called and received an appointment for 9-12 Monday of this week for a toilet replacement. The tech never showed and no one reached out. I called at 1 that day to find out what happened and ended up receiving a rescheduled appointment for Thursday 5-8. The tech again didn't show or call and when I called the office near the end of the window they said they would reschedule again for Friday 9-12. Today (Friday) I called the office at 1130 to make sure someone would show up and they told me someone was coming by 1230. Instead I got a call at 1230 saying they were cancelling again and if I wanted an appointment on Monday. I declined, not in the mood to gamble on a 4th no call no show.

Chris from Rogers Park Plumber Inc. was outstanding. We called him with a sewer line problem and he showed up on time.He was very pleasant and professional and got the job done at the expected time.He also cleaned up after he was done and his charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Rogers Park Plumbing Inc. is an amazing company. They are always on time, always fix the problem and I do believe that there rates are very reasonable!!! I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!!! Definitely 5 stars!!!!

Called in the morning to schedule an appointment to help find the origin of a potential gas leak from my stove. Nice receptionist told me someone would be out between 9-12:30. Called the owner, Larry back at 12:20 to be lectured that he would call me when 20 minutes away and "I told you your appointment would be towards the end of the time range". Called him back at 2:50 (since I noticed office hours were over at 3:00) just to be sure he was still coming by. He told me he would be out in 20 minutes in an irritated tone of voice. Got a text at 5:14 that traffic was bad. Technician (not Larry) arrived at 6:10 just when I was about to leave on an errand. The technician was a very kind and considerate person. He could not identify a gas leak. Larry got on the phone and talked to me at the conclusion of the 15 minute visit. He charged me $200 for an "emergency fee" and said I should be glad that he is waiving the extra $135 fee and that I should give the technician $50 for coming out to help. I am so upset at the way I was treated. No apologies for the lack of communication or long wait. My impression is that Larry is a greedy, arrogant, dishonest and inconsiderate person with horrific business practices. I have multiple rental properties and have dealt with many contractors and this guy is definitely one to stay away from!! No thank you. Once and done!!! His technician I would give 5 stars for his kindness. Larry would get a ZERO if I could. BTW, I do NOT leave negative reviews but I felt obligated after this interaction to warm others.

I recommend Rogers Park Plumbing Company without hesitation. The service technician was prompt, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. He isolated the issue fairly quickly and had the necessary parts available to repair the line on the same trip. I will schedule with him to replace my water heater very soon. Thank you!

Beware of this company! This is a scam. They have charged me an annual diagnostic fee for electrical and plumbing services, but they are not responsive. When I call, different people like Grace, Bob, or David answer and require me to explain my situation again. They hang up, there is no manager available to speak to, and despite my multiple requests, no one reaches out to help. A total scam!

When the plumber arrived, which was later than planned because the manager gave him the wrong address, the plumber provided great service in a short amount of time (30 minutes). Unfortunately, their fee for installing a water valve under a bathroom sink in 30 minutes, which is a very easy thing to do, was $750. This was an absurd rate and I will not use this company again. Plumber was great, organization is not great.

First off, I called Rogers Park Plumbing to get a garbage disposal fixed. What I agreed to is a service contract for $199 which would get me 10% off any work. On the invoice I received I saw no deduction of 10%. Next off, the plumber was not from Rogers Park Plumbing, but some sub-contractor. My credit card was charged by a company called GDR Plumbing and the service contract was charged to Premium Home Services. I did not see or hear from anyone from Rogers Park Plumbing.

I'm paying the price, but you don't have to. Get a real plumber and do not us this up charging business that doesn't provide any perceived benefit to the consumer.

I called them originally to come check out a house. I was looking to buy in the area. They charge me the $199 service fee told me it was good for a full year. The next time I had them come over they were absolutely clueless about how to fix the problem I needed to fix and we’re quoting me Insane prices for small things like sink aerator. (Telling me it was a special part that they would have to special order and I went to the store and bought it for $.20 and installed it myself). Furthermore, I called them for another job because I was still in the one year timeframe. They sent out someone. He told me he would give me a quote. He never gave me a quote. When I called back to get it, they told me they have to send someone else out to get another quote because they don’t know who they sent. Absolute cluster. Avoided all costs!

Rogers Park Plumber Inc. did an excellent job installing our new water heater. Scheduling the appointment was easy and convenient. They arrived prepared and ready to work. The whole job was done faster than expected. Everything works perfectly and looks great. I was impressed by their professionalism and skill. Will definitely call them again for future plumbing work.

Niv was very professional and easy to work with. He was very clear and upfront about everything that he was prepared to do and gave full confidence that the job would get done, and he certainly delivered. He also saved me a significant amount of money, and best of all, was so easy to get ahold of.

Wow! Dependable drain service was prompt. They thoroughly evaluated my sink drain and pipe system that was seemingly defiant to every attempt I had made to unclog it. They were extremely careful not to cause damage and had very fair rates. If you are looking for a thoughtful plumber, this is the one.

A true professional and a great individual. He worked on a very tough project for my house and he was always positive and honest about it. He helped me and my family fix the plumbing on my house which a different company completely messed up after charging us a huge fee. You will not be disappointed with Niv!
