I was unsatisfied with the work completed at my home.

We had FLS come into our condo for a plumbing service. Jacob and Santino are very dedicated to getting their job done properly and were very diligent. They alerted us to a problem and went above and beyond in fixing it. Truly appreciate their time, effort, and customer service.

Excellent experience with Patrick - he diagnosed a problem we were having, established a plan, came back and fixed it. he was on time, courteous, and honest. We'll call and request him specifically for any plumbing services needed moving forward.

ZERO STARS !! I spoke to Mark a day after leaving a message to get an estimate to replace a shower base. We spoke on the phone and I told him we wanted a shower base removed and a newer on installed. I sent detailed pictures to him per his request. He replied that he was concerned about something he saw in the picture I sent so I told him I would contact the building engineer with the concern he had - I email him with the building engineers response and did not get any reply whatsoever - perhaps this company is content rodding sewer lines for a living.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Scott arrived right on time. He was well prepared with protective booties on, and he was wearing a mask as these times require. He was extremely cautious with his equipment.
He asked all the right questions about the problem we were having and then went straight to work with a thorough diagnosis and resolution. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Fettes Love and Sieben.

I was so impressed with this company! They did a job for me for $198 that Miracle Plumbing quoted me for over $2000. They came exactly when they said they would, did the job in 40 minutes, were polite and professional and I also appreciated how pleasant dispatch was when I was asking them stressed out questions lol definitely going to have them as my go-to plumbers.

They do good work, but the amount they up charge is unbelievable. Here are their rates: $198 for the first hour; $89 for each 1/2 hour after. I was charged for 2 1/2 hours of labor.

I had a plumbing job at 7 am and he spent 20 mins figuring out the situation. The plumber says he needs to get the part. I have camera footage of him leaving at 7:23 am and he comes back at 9:03 am with the part. He takes 10 mins to complete the installation and he’s out of my house at 9:15. I don’t receive an invoice until 3 weeks later (they used to give it to you on the spot) and this plumber writes his time out as 9:30 am. He has the audacity to upcharge me another 1/2 hour when he already billed me while he was out of my house for over an hour and a half from 7:23 to 9:03 am.

*edit: they made things right and gave me a credit, but still don’t think the plumber should’ve done that to me

I've had a fabulous experience with this plumbing company. Hugh was incredibly responsive and kind, interfacing with my building management company and his team of plumbers to get my issues addressed on a timeframe that worked for everyone. The plumber sent to my building, David, was kind, resourceful, communicative, and incredibly clean and professional. He attempted multiple solutions to my low hot water flow issue, brought additional parts in to address new issues as he discovered them, knew the history of the building well as someone who had worked on it, and found a workaround to address my issues that didn't require knocking down a wall, which I had initially feared would be necessary. He was thorough in his work in a way that truly exceeded expectations, addressing a slow-draining sink in addition to the work I had called him in for. At the end, he tidied up all the dust and debris, replaced my stuck shower diverter, and left truly no trace behind other than a finally working bathtub. I recommend them highly!

Honest and reliable. I have used them for both commercial and residential work. They have straight forward hourly pricing and your bill consists of labor hours plus parts, so you know what you are paying for.

Always professional over the phone, transparent quoting (for large projects) and knowledgeable people out in the field. Been using them for years over multiple properties and project sizes, and they’ve always delivered.

Called March 5th to have sewer cleared of tree roots. Gave telephone number and was told I would be called when they could provide this service. I wanted it done before the spring rains, STILL WAITING. HUNG UP ON. CAUSE I WAS UPSET WITH THEIR UTTER DISREGARD OF MY SITUATION AND NOT FOLLOWING UP ON THEIR PROMISED SERVICE. Tomorrow March 19th the forecast is calling for rain day and night. I am definitely not looking forward to cleaning a flooded basement. Said they could come Friday March 21st, which if the basement floods will be two days too late. The woman I talked to on the phone, was never rude, I am the one who lost their temper not her. Although I still believe they should have honored what I had been told in early March. I asked if she could give me a phone number of a reputable plumbing service that she would recommend, that was when she hung up .Apparently, I have been blocked from their website, I suppose because I thought they should be honorable. Guess I was wrong. if I am wrong about the blocking I apologize. Also I couldn't post this unless I gave you a star.

Professional, honest, and friendly. Our entire building has used Fettes for years and are never disappointed. They assess the issue, offer recommended solutions, and a fair price. They do great work and we've never had to have them back for the same issue twice. They do it right the first time.

I wish I could give this company more stars, so here it is:

I am very pleased and happy that I used this company.
You can't find anything better these days.
The plumber knew exactly what he had to do and got it done.
Will be using and recommending this company in the future.

I have been using them for years. It started when I went to The Faucet Shop and they recommended them for an older home. The young man came out yesterday for a stopped up sink. He was super friendly and made me feel at ease. He was kind to my cats and dog who were very interested in learning plumbing. He chatted away as he worked and got it done fast. Made me feel like we were all family. He knew his stuff and said he loved the company. How many people say that today??!!!

Their customer service was great and it was extremely easy setting up an appointment. The person they sent, Phipp was extremely professional and cooperative, and arrived fully prepared with all the tools necessary to diagnose the issue.

Although the cause was a simple drain clog, its location past the T and severity of blockage required some maneuvering and diagnosis that my own auger and the previous contractor was unable to resolve (I do not recommend taking a risk and hiring someone that shows up with just a drill powered auger banging away for half an hour). It is thanks to these people that I have been able to use my kitchen sink again.

The saying "You pay for quality" is the thought that comes to mind, and I found the price matches the quality given the level of equipment and expertise they bought. If you want reassurance in a job well done (and since its plumbing, that is a given), I highly recommend these folks.

I needed a gas line capped off in my home on short notice, and Arslan had the job done at a great price within two hours of me calling. Great service - I would wholeheartedly recommend going with them!

We had an outstanding experience with Arslan and Horver Gas Piping and Repair! Arslan answered our call immediately and was at our home in under an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the oven gas line in our second unit and came up with a smart solution that fixed the problem—without needing to remove any sheetrock or flooring, which was a huge relief.

What really impressed us was the extra care he took to check the gas line for the oven in our primary unit as well as both of our hot water heaters. It’s clear that he truly cares about safety and doing the job right. His work was thorough, honest, and priced fairly. We’re incredibly grateful and will absolutely be calling him again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! I called on a Friday and Arslan was able to squeeze us in early Saturday morning. He took a look at the gas line that we were having problems with and was able to diagnose and fix the issue right away.

If we ever have any other gas and heater issues, we know exactly who to call first.

I highly recommend HorVer for all your gas line repairs. They were able to fix a gas leak that no one else could find. They were prompt, did a great job and were super kind.

Arslan was incredible. He answered immediately, he came same day and started worked until 8PM. The job was finished the following day at 6PM. He was wonderful to deal with and did stellar work. I’m grateful that we found him. The other company we called never even replied to us. Arslan is also a very friendly fun guy.
