Worst compnay to work with. If you are looking forward them in your house once a month then pls engage with them. They asked us to change 4 thermostats in 6 months.

In their last trip, motor needed to be replaced and they quoted 1100 which I got it fixed for 200 with warranty that this company offers. That’s the last time I asked them to terminate maintenance contract...

This company took 2 years to respond back after almost I forgot about this company and being with new guys professionally completing work and I dont have to call them the way that I had to call you every month with high prices.
I got a replacement for one of the items that you have mentioned that need to be replaced right away after 1 year for $250 where as your quote was for $1550. I am glad that I realized of your bloated prices much before you could grab.

Chintan was out here promptly and fixed the AC IN quite a fast time. He was polite and nice and explained the problem so i understood it. He did a great job!

Had a problem with the furnace shutting off often. I called SAI Air Comfort and JP sent his technician within few hours. They diagnosed and fixed the problem by replacing a part and also explained what they were doing.

Scheduled an appointment for service, Jitu & his team came over on Sunday. Originally got appointment for Monday but he accommodated the request and came over the weekend and took care of the service request promptly. Eventually when we decided to change the furnace, again accommodated the request for appointment time and fixed new furnace. After the work was done, took care to clean the place. Very reliable and good service and would highly recommend Sai Air Comfort service.

I recently used sai air duct cleaning in my home. The team.arrived soon and explained everything well. The person on call mister AK guided me first and gave the best price. They even took before and after photos to show the difference. I highly reccomend sai air comfort and i would say just ask for AK to give the best price. Five stars

We called them to have a furnace tune up and air duct cleaning. The tune up technician came out first, he was here for maybe 10 minutes. Did absolutely nothing other than look at the furnace. No vacuuming, cleaning, or lubing anything. The duct cleaning team came out three days later and did an awesome job, they were thorough and polite. They asked if the technician had come out for the tune up because the unit had to be cleaned even took pictures and sent it to their manager. We called the manager later that day and asked to have the tune up tech come back out. The tech came out today again with a vacuum, was here for 10 minutes (at most) and left. All he did was vacuum the unit. When we asked about cleaning and lubing he actually said that it would take too long and that he didn’t do that! The next time we need our unit serviced it will not be by them. Although the duct cleaning team did a great job the tune up tech did nothing and that is why we gave them only two stars.

Sair Air Comfort was contracted through my IGS home warranty. They were timely with initial contact and right on time with the service appointment.
Chintan is very professional, knowledgeable courteous and kind. Highly recommended.

Viral and team did a fantastic job. They were professional through and through and very courteous and were even kind enough to help me move the furniture to get to couple of vents. Overall, I am very happy with their service.

The service is quick and they were here on time. They are honest , they will tell you some advices and recommendations. I really appreciate your time and effort coming here to my home. You can rely to this company.

chintan showed up on time with a 15 min notice that he was coming. I found him to be professional and respectful of my home. He fully tested every aspect of my furnace and told me what to expect.
EXTREMELY HAPPY with SAI work and the time they took to answer questions I had. I will see them in the spring for air conditioner service.

There are several things wrong with this company. This was my second time getting air ducts cleaned from them.
1. They rescheduled my appointment without my permission and it was very inconvenient.
2. The technicians somehow spilled paint (there was a sealed box in the panty) on the floor while doing the job and left a mess for us to clean. Were not apologetic about it
3. Charged 4% transaction fee for using CC. This wasn't disclosed earlier.
4. Gave an all inclusive package just for us to discover that it doesn't include dryer duct cleaning.
5. The cleaning got wrapped up in a really short time. Took them less than 2 mins/vent. Not confident on the quality.

Will not recommend them to anyone.

The Sai team did a full duct cleaning on my house. The experience was excellent - they were prompt, polite, and extremely clean and professional. The entire team wore masks and foot covers, and they were very careful to make sure my cat didn't run out the door while they were working. I couldn't have been happier and have already referred them to my boyfriend to use at his house.

The furnace stopped working because due to dirty filter and I needed service right away. They gave me a realistic time for their arrival and got the heat going in less than 30 minutes. Charges are very reasonable.
I definitely recommend them.

$300 to come out for a diagnostic is CRAZY.

Full disclosure: the company asked me to take my review off in order to receive a small, partial refund, and then asked me to give them 4 stars. I'm back to post my honest review.

I was lured in by the great service and reasonable price, but I probably won't use them again. AK and PK are both very nice, until you have a concern. Well, that happened to me. I emailed the company of my concerns and they said they never looked at it, but acknowledge they have received it (this was emailed 4/21/22). They said they would call me back with a resolution when I had called them 2 days ago. Today I called back and the owner was conveniently out of town with no way to contact me. Unbelievable. I wasn't truly upset until now. I thanked them for the services in the email and listed what I had noticed wrong so they could work on it...but, once AK told me he talked to the technicians and they're saying I'm a liar and he's putting words in my mouth, it is now time to let others know of the way they treat people. All I asked was to speak to the owner so I could properly address my concerns and they kept shrugging me off. They broke my light cover in the furnace room and left dust and dirt all over my house for me to clean up after. Do you know what AK said to me? "The technicians said the cover was broken before they got there and they never touched it, and ma'am you said they didn't wear all PPE, but they did". No, no, no. I said their equipment bumped my light cover, causing it to fall, which led it to break. AND they wore PPE, yes, but no one laid down the tarp as promised. "Well, the technicians are saying that's not what happened". I just feel completely disrespected...I don't even care about the light cover or the dirt at this point, but calling me a liar is just rude. Oh, the cherry on top was the 2 men that came to my house never introduced themselves (Jesus and Ankur). One of them never even acknowledged that I existed. I had to ask for their names at the end of the service. I was going to say they did a thorough job, and it would be nice in the future if they said 'hi' and introduced themselves...but after they called me a liar, I'm not so sure they're good people at all.

He did an excellent job diagnosing my furnance problem, explaining the situation and even offered me solutions on how I can make my HVAC system work better. He was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend this company and JP!

Amazing experience! Sai Air Comfort runs a seamless operation with a great team. They responded immediately to schedule a visit and provide a furnace install quote, offered reasonable prices, were very accommodating in scheduling the installation. PK and Chintan were polite, quick and efficient, kept everything very tidy. I definitely recommend their team for your HVAC needs..

We just had New Trane Gas Furnace installed by Sai Air Comfort. They did a great job. We had few quotes but Sai Air Comfort gave us very reasonable price. I'm also going to do Air Duct cleaning from them. Definitely recommended to our friends and family.
