We are very pleased with the service and products we received from Sai Air Comfort! This is actually the second time we have used them! They replaced a furnace in my in-laws home and in our new home and both units have been running excellently. The employees are very well mannered and respectful of your home. They even offered financing so we could replace both the furnace and air conditioner and humidifier. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Chicago area! They are great people to do business with!

SAI AIR COMFORT did an amazing job for me. Very polite and prompt. They had a packed schedule but I told them it was an emergency and he managed to squeeze me in. He came to my house, assessed the problem and was able to get a new part and repair right away. I would definitely use SAI again and recommend that anyone need quality work done to call them.

Chintan did an excellent job of repairing our air conditioner. He answered all of our questions and explained the steps he was taking to diagnose our issue. We are very satisfied with the quick response for scheduling, especially in this heat wave! We've used SAI services in the past and will continue to do so. We highly recommend Chintan and SAI!

Our furnace died last night and I called SAI after hours. JP was able to come out today and he fixed it. He was professional, friendly, and right on time for the appointment window. I signed up for the Comfort Maintenance Plan so now we'll get two tune-ups per year -- something I should have done years ago! Thanks JP and SAI -- you're the best!

I cannot remember the two fellas who came to our house the afternoon of Mon. 12/23rd, but they were very professional and did a thorough job. I'm taking one star away for the customer service screening process - it was weird & annoying and felt more like an interrogation. The rep Cristell kept saying my 1st name each time she'd make a statement. She finally stopped after I asked her to. Also, whenever I tried to speak, she'd start speaking at the same time - had to wait for pauses before she or it would listen (I started wondering if I was speaking to a bot). Last week, she attempted to do a follow-up call and started that 1st name mess again... I hung up!

Chintan did an awesome job. He was very nice, he seems like he has pride in his work. He put on shoe covers even though I did not ask him to. He answered all my questions and even offered to give me info for other maintenance and gave me great tips to keep my unit working to avoid future repairs. Very honest
